Mice chewed through the wire to my furnace. Cobb fixed the wire, laid traps, and confirmed what I originally thought that the thermostat didn't work right. All this took less than a day and was a very reasonable price.

Jared was referred to us by a friend and did such a great job. He was timely responding, his pricing is significantly less than his competitors and he was fast to come out and get our A/C up and running. Definitely recommend!

Jared and Claire came to offer us a second opinion on our furnace issues after we had a bad experience with another company. They came on short notice and ended up having a solution for the issues we were having ready on the spot, not to mention a much lower estimate for if we do decide to replace our furnace. THE BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED from a contractor is what I always get from COBB HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING! Last Tuesday, January 7th, my heater went on the blink. I called Jared at Cobb Heating and Plumbing because the last time I had a problem with my heater he came over the same day, fixed the problem, and refused payment because he said it was a minor fix. On my most recent call, he was going to come over Tuesday evening fairly late after he finished another job because he was concerned about me having no heat for the night. However, I told him I had space heaters and that Wednesday morning would be fine. He showed up Wednesday morning, fixed my heater, and refused to charge me as he said again, it was a very minor fix. He spent almost an hour in the basement and upstairs diagnosing the problem and had my furnace up and running before he left. He had a small part for my heater in his truck that was needed and once again REFUSED to let me pay him as he said the fix was minor, the part was cheap, and my overall issue was pretty insignificant. He even refused my offer of a trip fee. Nevertheless he spent an hour at my home. I will always call COBB HEATING AND AIR because he has always come over so quickly, fixed the problem, and has offered his services FREE twice when he deemed the issue minor. He has informed me that my heater is a very old one which I knew, and that it might only make it for this winter or perhaps one more. My house is thirty plus years old and when the heater does die, I will only call COBB HEATING and AIR. His service to me has been OUTSTANDING, way more than FAIR, and PROMPT and RELIABLE. I am so glad I managed to find him. I will never ever use anyone else!!!

Jared Cobb, the owner of Cobb Heating And Air, of Parker Colorado, inspected my heating and air conditioning units of my townhome. He did this for free. And then he recommended that I clean and cover my air conditioner and that my furnace did not need cleaning. He came back in two days, after getting a cover for me. He thoroughly cleaned the air conditioner, leveled it, and covered it. He said that I did not need any R22 at the time maybe in a couple years. He did not overcharge me. And his final price included the cover, about a $25.00 charge. He did an excellent job. He was very professional, friendly, and above all was completely honest. My townhome is 13 years old, he could of easily taken advantage of me but he did not because he is honest. And I know very little about these systems. I had not ever serviced the air conditioner before. So I have been fortunate it was not in bad shape. But every homeowner should have the name of a good HVAC company, and now mine is Cobb Heating And Air.
