Coyote HVAC

Nick was great! Called before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He did a thorough diagnosis of our HVAC system and found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and got the issue fixed quickly. We were very glad we chose Coyote HVAC and we will definitely use them for future service.

First, I am a huge practitioner of using local and preferably veteran-owned (friendly) companies. Back in Sept 2022, we had an AC system in our rental property stop working. After looking around - multiple companies - we were able to find a great team and professional tech to solve our unique system. Because it was late summer and this was affecting our tenant, the timing was not our friend but Coyote was there for us and did not take advantage. They also quoted for a replacement which we are confident they will deliver.

We loved working with Coyote when upgrading our heating and cooling systems. They were printout and professional and helped get all our paperwork figured out for different rebate programs. When we had an issue with our thermostat later, Frank absolutely went above and beyond making sure we had a solution even after normal business hours

Our air-conditioning unit stopped working within one day of our leaving for vacation. I called coyote, and Nick came out the next day. He identified the problem quickly and fixed it in record time. He is professional and courteous, and did a great job explaining in detail exactly what was needed. Cool air was flowing in about two hours from the time of his arrival. Could not be more pleased!

I have worked with Coyote now for 2 years! These guys are the most honest hard working people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They have invested in my future and all of the other employees here. I’ve been sent to multiple trainings and been given the tools to be successful and live a happy life. Joey, Levi & co did an amazing job. We had to replace both our furnace & water heater in the middle of Feb, not ideal at all. We shopped around for a few different quotes & Coyote were the most honest & helpful company we came across. They were able to come out for an assessment of what we needed within 1 day of calling them. After inspecting our older boiler & hot water heater, they gave us a few different options & quotes of what we could do. They thoroughly explained all the different options & the plus/minus of each one. Along with replacing both our boiler & hot water heater, Joey was able to set up our new Nest thermostats that both our contractor & Geek Squad from Best Buy refused to touch due to "too many wires". I can't recommend Coyote HVAC enough. They did an amazing job!

I'm facility manager for a large church and have been using Coyote HVAC for over a year now. We have had both major and minor HVAC issues since we began using them. First Joey and now Nick have been exemplary as the lead techs that I work with. They are both excellent at explaining issues and helping to find solutions. The building sat unused and without a facility manager during the pandemic, so as people returned and systems were turned back on there were more issues than I could have imagined. Joey and Nick have helped identify and prioritize issues.

Joey and Nick have spent enough time in the building, that my kids who come to the church when they don't have school, know who Joey and Nick are.

At one point I was having questions about billing, so the owner, Tommy I believe, came to the church and we had discussion about it. Coyote worked with and changed how they did things to better meet our needs. I really appreciated how a potentially difficult and award situation was professionally and quickly dealt with.

I'm not master HVAC tech, so I need a partner I can trust, and Coyote is who I trust.

My furnace gave out during dead of winter and Coyote was not only there within 24 hours, they worked with me on a great deal that didn’t break the bank. They were so great I asked them to replace my failing AC Unit the following year. Absolutely first rate company. Cannot recommend them enough. If you’re having HVAC problems, there is no reason to put it off, they will help you.

I have a subway franchise and I have been looking for an HVAC company that will actually be ethical and logical in their explanation and no one compares to coyote HVAC and the tech that help me! His name is Nick Parker, and he not only kept in constant communication with me, he gave me a great price at a reasonable fair rate, they communicated clearly about the install and what the problem was along with sending images and updates all along the way, and I don’t think there’s any other HVAC company in my five years of being a franchise owner. I highly recommend!

I used them for a air duct cleaning. Service was great with Kim as my technician was extremely well trained and an expert in the field. He recommended that I have my my furnace looked at since it smelled a tiny bit like gas. I didn't know it did. Thank you again!
