JP, Noah, Isaac and the rest of the crew at Coyote HVAC were amazing, they helped me with an urgent issue and were able to take care of it the same day I called to schedule. Really appreciate the great customer service and responsiveness.

Biggest regret ever was going with Coyote HVAC for our AC.
Don't bother with this company. Tech told me he set the unit up with a setting that could be changed. When the unit wasn't really keeping our home cool, I called the company and asked, which is what the tech advised, and they said they had no clue what I was talking about .
My husband thought the unit might be struggling because of our insulation. Replaced the installation and the unit still can't keep our home cool.
Bad customer service and apparently not great products.

Coyote HVAC is the best! Had JP and Joey come out on two occasions. Both were very personable, efficient, professional and knew just what to do to get my a/c in good working order. Reasonable prices, as well. Highly recommend!

Nick and Joey were absolutely excellent. Not merely experts, but able to fix problems other companies couldn't, all while giving some of the best and most conscientious service we've gotten anywhere. I would hire Coyote for any service they provide.

Nick at Coyote HVAC has been great taking care of all of our HVAC needs! He helped install a heat pump system for our home and performed the routine maintenance as well. Nick and the entire team at Coyote are professional and responsive.

Joey was great, our old house has lots of quirks and when the boiler (heating system) went out on the coldest day of the year - he showed up early. He was quick and thorough about diagnosing the problem, explaining it and getting the repair completed fast. He was very professional and considerate. Isaac who answered the phone was also super helpful and didn’t waste time getting us scheduled. Thank you. Will call Coyote HVAC anytime we need service in the future.

I selected Coyote HVAC for a troubleshooting, tune-up, and Spring start up of my rooftop evap cooler based entirely upon customer reviews I read here, and I could not be happier with the experience I had today. The Coyote crew was responsive, on time, professional, and most importantly the techs who showed up today were actually interested in doing the work and doing it well. They didn't rush, they were careful and respectful of my home, understood my concerns and addressed each of them without glossing over potential issues or nickel-and-diming me, and in general just left me feeling pretty great about the whole experience. No need to call anyone else! Thank you!

Coyote HVAC looked over my furnace for the winter and they were very nice when they informed me that I need a replacement and how much it would cost. John and Anthony installed my new furnace. I appreciated how they picked up the debris after the job and moved my couch to not get it dirty when installing the thermostat. John was also helpful in showing me how to complete the warranty. He answered all my questions completely and with patience. I trust that they did a quality job.

I used Coyote (as a new home owner) to do a complete maintenance of my HVAC system and was so impressed with their thoroughness that I signed up for their monthly service program, which was a good thing given my next issue.

I had to move my furnace flue due to a remodel and the contractor, who told me that I did not need double-wall pipe (p.s. YOU DO!), put in the wrong pipe. Condensation streamed down from the attic and through my ceiling's drywall...it was a mess.

Thankfully, Coyote came through for me again. They re-replaced the pipe with the correct venting and even repaired the drywall that cracked a bit during their installation. Plus, when a small amount of condensation formed, they sent their guy out again (ask for JP) who found the issue and addressed it.

I'm very impressed with the Gents/Ladies of Coyote and plan to keep my subscription. I look forward to working with them for all of my HVAC needs.
