We contacted coyote hvac for a second opinion after another business came out and 1. didn’t do the work they were supposed to, and 2. told us we needed to replace something in our furnace.

Coyote hvac was prompt, responsive, and honest. It was a breath of fresh air after our experience with the other business. I would definitely recommend this business and plan on using them in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Coyote HVAC! Our furnace stopped working right in the middle of the recent cold snap (of course), and I was able to get a same-day diagnostic appointment when I called for service. When it was determined that our unit needed replacement, it was installed the following day by a very friendly and punctual technician. The new unit works so much better than the old one, and this family of ten is thrilled to have heat once again. Give them a call!

I have called on Coyote HVAC twice. The first visit was to service my gas fireplace and check my furnace. The second was to inspect and service my air conditioning unit. Both experiences have been great! The appointments were easy to schedule over the phone and the people on the other end of the line were always courteous and knowledgable. The technicians both called 30 minutes prior to arrival (as promised) arrived on time, and were respectful of my home. They were both clearly very experienced and knowledgable and they kept me updated every step of the service while doing their work efficiently. They both made sure to show me their work at the end. The company also provides before and after photos via email which are great for archiving your home's maintenance. There are a lot of companies out there. If you're able to use this company do it. You will not be sorry.

Very pleased with all of the services they have done. AC repairs on multiple occasions, seasonal tune ups, and most recently they replaced our water heater. I have been using them for over 2 years and up until last year I always received quotes from their competition and always ended up going with Coyote. The crew at Coyote are always competitive with pricing, have the quickest appointment schedule, and are local. They now have 100% of my business and I can honestly suggest them to friends and family. I do not know any of the Coyote HVAC employees other than from service calls. I feel like they are my neighbors coming over to help with a problem. You will not regret using them for your HVAC issues.

These guys were amazing! Actually called three different places, had an appointment with one but they didn't even want to know furnace model number or anything. This place was like "oh yeah, that would be helpful. Oh that is a common model, all our people should have parts....oh your heat is not working let me see if I can get someone right away...vs the competitor that assumed an appointment for 8 hours later was okay. I get companies get busy, but appreciated that coyote seemed to get most heat issues in winter to the person are urgent.

Seemed like or at least interacted like a smaller operation. To me that matters for stuff inside my house. Repair was fast and affordable (it was the ignition thing - he showed me the super corroded old one). I felt like I could trust the tech for a genuine assessment of our furnace. Definitely will use them to install a new one and love that they have financing for that. Really appreciate that tech actually walked through options for a new furnace taking the time to understand if this was our primary house or rental and how much we use or don't use the A/C. Honestly, just seemed like he was trying to help us think it through before an emergency, after he already had repaired (so wasn't a high pressure sale thing). Really appreciated that. Honestly, any issues heat or A/C these are now my people. Would recommend :)

Coyote HVAC came out and gave us an estimate to replace our AC and furnace. While they were not the cheapest quote, they took the time to review my other quotes with me and explain why the system they proposed was better than the other quotes.

They answered every question, and we're professional and awesome the entire way. I would recommend coyote to anyone else doing an AC or HVAC repair/replace.

Coyote HVAC was a very professional firm to work with when I was gathering quotes for a new HVAC system. Their representative showed up on time and provided a thorough quote while he was on site. Amazingly, I had other HVAC companies either not show up or failed to provide a quote after they arrived at my home to inspect my HVAC system. That said, you should get a quote from Coyote if you are considering a new HVAC system.

Coyote HVAC really saved saved with multiple issues. I originally contracted them to replace my gas fireplace which stopped working. When my HVAC system suddenly stopped working, I gave them a call. They quickly had someone at my place within a few hours to get the unit working again. Very responsive, professional, and give solid recommendations on maintaining your HVAC system and areas where potential issues could arise.

Connor was especially a help in getting my gas fire place operational again. My house contained a very unreliable unit which stopped work. He went through the various options with me and helped engineer a solution that did not require pulling the entire fire place. The unit now works like a charm.

The team at Coyote HVAC provided excellent service for us when we replaced our AC and heating system in our home. They were excellent with communicating with me during the installation and after installation when I had questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for these type of services.
