Frank was most helpful with repairing a blown fuse when our mini split system went unresponsive during winter. He quickly diagnosed the issue, went for the piece, replaced and got it fully operational while communicating clearly and efficiently. This company continues to be strong.

Coyote is the best HVAC company we have ever used. We have recently moved to a home with very poor HVAC cooling and heating system. We had them come in and do some work for us. They were on time and did a beautiful job. It was like they weren't even there. Cleaning up every spec of dust and best system we have ever had. 100% recommend to anyone that needs anything done. Highly recommend to anyone.

Finished my basement over the summer and when cold weather came along had a pressure switch error… completely upfront with them on everything that was done/occurred and their “canned response/diagnostic was to replace 2 pressure switches and inducer motor.. $700 ( on top of their diagnostic fee). My system (which was still under warranty) did not work upon their arrival or upon their exit. Their new diagnosis was for a new system. A different competent company “listened” to the issues, tested the system, located the problem and replaced a $35 part, and it works flawlessly. Asked Coyote for a credit on parts due to warranty and a discount on the rest… was told NO! Stay away!

They replaced our old evaporative cooler. Good quality work, but there were delays in getting a rebate processed, and on one occasion, some techs showed up unannounced to do some follow up work.

We use coyote for all of our hvac needs and they are professional ,courteous And show up when they say they're gonna show up. And always do quality work

Josh with Coyote did an excellent job fixing our AC unit. Very personable, explained the possibilities of what may be wrong and did not try to oversell anything. This company and how they do business is top notch. When you find a company like this, you keep them. AC is back up and running. That's how it's done. We’ve used Coyote HVAC multiple times now for various repairs and new installs. They are consistently responsive, professional, informative, and offer very good value for their service. Our most recent technician was Joey and he was very helpful in quickly diagnosing our furnace problem and fixing it. Would highly recommend this company!

Jonathan F. and Joe did a great job on our furnace install. They were very responsive to questions and were understanding when our original installation plans changed. We actually had one of the owners, Tommy, at our house to help come up with a better plan to accommodate our house layout and size. He was really helpful, and it means a lot when an owner of a company takes the time to talk with you.

The technicians always give you notice before they arrive, and the office is always responsive when you call.

Previously we’ve had Coyote provide seasonal service — John C. was similarly very helpful when he was out in the spring for the tune-ups. When something can be repaired vs needing replaced, they are honest with you and upfront about pricing. We will continue to use them for maintenance on our new system!

Had Coyote HVAC come out and check on my swamp cooler pump that went out. They called quickly and setup a time the same day to help. Noah was super professional and very helpful. Will call again.
