I contacted Coyote HVAC to repair my fire gas fireplace, that was not working. It helps to know that I did not use them for the repair, however; they did arrive on time and offered enough professional advice for me to save money and fix it myself. Wonderful experience!! The furnace in our 100+ year old house had several issues and they were so helpful throughout the whole process. They were very patient, immediately responsive, and thought critically about the best way to solve the problem, talking us through various options along the way. And I really mean talking us through it! They explained things in ways that were really easy to understand. I’d actually initially contacted them for an issue a couple months ago that turned out to be a simple fix, and when I called to cancel saying we’d fixed it ourselves they were so nice and seemed genuinely really happy for me that the we’d solved the problem. That’s when I made a note to definitely call them if we had a future problem, and I’m so glad I did! We’re first time homeowners so we’re brand new to navigating this kind of home repair and I’m so grateful to have found a reliable company. Highly recommend!

I generally try to support veteran owned businesses whenever possible. I used Coyote because of the veteran owned status and good reviews. But, it is more than that, these guys are just that good. They came fixed our attic sound issue that two other companies couldn't fix and had charged us for unnecessary repairs. Coyote showed up early, found the problem fixed it and only charged for the initial assessment fee.

We had a warning light come on. They came out and looked at the issue and thoroughly explained it to us. They honored their warranty as we just had it installed 6 months ago. I highly recommend using them for all your HVAC needs.

EDIT: Our furnace is malfunctioning and we have tried contacting you twice this week to no response. Despite your seemingly concerned comment it appears you have not gotten better at communication. You seem to respond quickly to reviews though so maybe this will get your attention.

Poor communication, acceptable labor, great salesmen. Tommy was great but after the quote he was never there again and the team sent out was not impressive.

Worst issue is that they use a message service and when they call it shows up as an 800 number. Even their emails are automated so you can't reply. Don't lose the card they give you or it will be very difficult to get in contact.

Mike came out last year and gave me a free estimate as well as an assessment of my current furnace. A year later I messaged mike and he helped me find the perfect fit for my home. Nick and Joey came today to do the install and were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They answered every question I had and walked me through my new system. I can already tell the difference. Great to work with. I highly reccomend.

Tim, JP, and John replaced the AC unit in our 120 year old house where no job is as simple as it seems. They unsurprisingly encountered difficulties when removing the old AC lines due to them being originally being installed incorrectly, but they managed to get the job done on time, the new system installed correctly, and followed some very specific requests that I had made at the beginning of the job. Tim kept me informed of the progress as they worked through the job, which I was very appreciative of. The whole process from original quoting through installation was a breeze and took less than a week. Great experience start to finish!

Our AC stopped working and the first company said we needed a new circuit board * unit $6k. The 2nd company gave us an estimate for about 2/3 that. When Coyote HVAC came, they took the time to examine all systems, and found a tiny circuit that had blown. He replaced it, and the whole thing started up again perfectly. I am so impressed he figured out the problem and fixed it for less the $100, when he easily could have tried to sell unneeded replacements. We found our HVAC company!

I got my HVAC installed by Joey from Coyote HVAC, they were a great crew and helped me understand the system plus they installed a UV light system. The customer service team and Joey were super helpful helping me with getting the Xcel rebate AC done. I’ll definitely reach out to them for future projects.

Coyote HVAC has helped us out quite a bit! Our downstairs furnace died during the first snow storm and they were able to get a new one up and running in a reasonable amount of time. The upstairs furnace started glitching out a few weeks later, but rather than advising a new furnace, the guys located a few loose connections and reconnected and resealed everything. Each tech who has worked in our home has been polite, and able to describe the problem and recommended solution in a way that is easy to understand. They don't try to pressure you into buying something you don't need and they stand behind the work they do. I highly recommend Coyote HVAC.
