I have an older gas fireplace that hadn’t been working since I bought my house about two years ago so needed it fixed. I shopped around for quotes and these guys were super responsive and set up an appt for the very next morning. They were very professional and friendly and explained what the issue was that caused it not to work. They had it up and running within 20 minutes and cleaned up the fireplace and it looks great! Coyote HVAC is a solid, professional, knowledgeable company. Their service is outstanding, from the office right through to the field techs. We were having problems with our air conditioning system. Their techs, Joey and Connor worked tirelessly to diagnose and fix the problem.

I called Coyote for my [90+ yrs old] in laws when their furnace wouldn't turn on, the day before a cold snap hit Denver. They came out, checked out the furnace, and fixed the problem without trying to sell them a new furnace. And didn't charge them an arm and a leg for the repair, a corroded wire on the ignitor. They were really impressed with the tech that showed up, and couldn't praise him enough. I would recommend them to anyone that asked.

Connor was very professional and efficient. Diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. My apartment was dragging their feet so I went ahead and hire Coyote HVAC to come assess the issue. - After receiving 6+ quotes I realized that several companies were trying to price-gouge me for installation, replacement product, or both... EXCEPT for Coyote, who was fair and straightforward with their recommendations
- a few days later, my replacement water heater was expertly installed by Joey on time and in a timely & professional manner
