Coyote HVAC

Coyote HVAC ran new wires to install Nest thermostats in my house and installed 2 bathroom fans. The free quote was very thorough and they were able to arrive within a day of calling. It is hard to find decent customer service these days with contractors, and these guys know how to deliver. Joey was the best - he was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and did everything possible to make sure things were done correctly. The guys even stayed until past 6pm to make sure all the Nests were working correctly with my phone. They also coordinated with an electrician to make sure he was onsite at the same time so everything went smoothly. And they had a drywaller come through after to make sure everything was patched up nicely. They made the process easy and even followed up about a week later to make sure things were still functioning properly.

My 22 year old furnace blew out on 12/30. I shot them an email and voicemail at 11:00PM. I received a callback at 7:00AM the following day and a technician was out 2 hours later. Had a new furnace installed the following Monday. No hassle.

I've now used them for Swamp Cooler, AC and Furnace. I wouldn't consider using anyone else as they have always been professional, on-time, etc...

Their team is great and I highly recommend Coyote HVAC to any of my friends who ask.

Connor was our tech and he was absolutely amazing. He took so much time to explain things and put it into terms we could understand. He provided facts, which we needed. He arrived within 2 hours of first contact on a snowy -6 degree day in the Denver area. The company and Connor were responsive and kind. He fixed our heat for now and gave us a discount. We purchased their maintenance program, which I think is a great deal. I feel comfortable doing business with Coyote. Next step is a new system soon. Thanks!

I challenge anyone disagree but this company is Da bomb. Applewood blue sky and Plum line are good companies but Coyote HVAC is so much better x10 like a breath and fresh air. Good Vibes professional experienced technicians is pretty much the bottom line.

Connor was amazing! He went out of his way to come back twice to help fix my AC, at a time when I know they were super busy. He went through every step and helped me learn how not to make the same mistakes in the future and gave me options for a new system In case I want it in the future. He was SO helpful, super kind, knowledgeable and professional. He is the absolute best!!! Will certainly call Coyote again for any HVAC needs.

I called them about my furnace. They came out and gave me some options which I chose to get a new furnace. They were very up front about what was wrong and the various costs. They offered any assistance if the old furnace failed before the install.

The install went quicker than planned. My only issues are that there was damage done to a book case. I'm not sure if they noticed or not but it wasn't brought up. Also they left behind a lot of screws on the floor. Beyond that they were very careful with the flooring.

I found Coyote HVAC by searching reviews. Our furnace wouldn't start and the temperature was going to be about 20 degrees overnight. When I called, the dispatcher was very kind and said, "We can't let you go through a night without heat. I can have someone there later this afternoon." The service technician called ahead to let us know when he would be arriving, he was on time, polite and friendly, and quickly determined the source of the problem. He had the part on his truck and was able to make the repair. I will definitely use Coyote HVAC again. We were so relieved.
