1st Choice Pro Services

1st Choice Plumbing is our go-to company for our plumbing and HVAC services. We have used them several times and have never had a bad experience. They are on time, professional, friendly, affordable, and their service is excellent. I won’t go to a big-name company again, and will fully support this local business.

Team has been amazing. We moved into a new (older) home and have needed 1st choice on multiple occasions. They have an amazing team, customer service and have gone above and beyond more than once. Most recently Brandon came and he is so awesome explaining everything he does before he begins and kept us informed throughout. He spent 1/2 day here and did a great job. I would recommend the team for whatever your needs are.

Quick response to my call (Owner called me back at 7:30pm). They were able to come out the next day. The tech was great, super friendly and kind. He was clean, worked quickly and efficiently and the price was better than any plumber I had used before. I have now used 1st Choice a second time and have a few projects lined up for them in the near future. 100% recommend this company.

We found that the drain port on the water pipe leading to the sprinkler system was dripping on a Saturday. 1st Choice responded quickly to my call and we were able to get David to come look at it the same day. He figured out the problem and was able to replace the shut-off valve. It took less than an hour and we were told that there is a 2 year warrantee on the work. Great service!

Don showed up at the schedule time and did what needed done with no troubles at all.

These guys were great. First time I used them and I'll definitely be using 1st Choice for future plumbing needs. What set them apart on the job I hired them for was their knowledge and confidence when bidding the work when other plumbers seemed nervous. From there, they did great work when they showed up...they were timely and courteous to my family...and their office manager was very kind as well.

These guys are great! From the office staff being super helpful and quick to find us an appointment, to the guy who showed up to fix our leak. We have a home warranty, so he even took the time to call them and make sure everything was squared away so we would get reimbursed. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Frank and Scott were so great to work with. They completed the work quickly and answered the million questions we had as first time home owners. We appreciated there expertise and patience and definitely plan to use this company for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

I had a leaky gas valve in my fireplace and Brandon came and fixed it almost instantly! He recommended a new valve for safety reasons and went all the way to the parts store and came back. This company charges by the job and not the hour! So professional and so friendly. I felt totally comfortable with him in my home and would highly recommend Brandon and 1st Choice! I'm keeping his card for the future!

We are very happy with the service provided. Having a real person answer the phone on Easter weekend was amazing! We received a call back right away and Brendan came out within a couple of hours. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. Very reasonable priced as well. We highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing.
