Each time we have had work done it has been done efficiently and professionally. We appreciate all of the services that are offered and the collective knowledge of the professionals that perform the work. Josh and Brandon have been great to work with!

Brendan did an excellent job of explaining my options, pricing them, and giving me information for deciding on the best choice. (He’s a good “teacher,” and I appreciate that.) He then performed the work very professionally. I’m grateful to have a trustworthy company to call for any future needs.

Not trying to ruin a good company's rating, but we made an appointment for them to come out and give us a quote. Planned our day around their arrival and they called about the time they were supposed to be showing up to tell us they didn't service our part of the metro area though we had been on their schedule for roughly a week. They offered to come out (late obviously) but they would charge us a fee and it just seemed pretty disingenuous.

Tech (Phil) resolved an issue with a pronounced rattle coming from the A/C unit. I had 4 techs from other Heating/Air companies that only suggested we replace the unit (due to age). Phil was able to quickly identify the cause of the rattle and applied the fix. Phil also provided excellent suggestions for resolving temp issued in two bedrooms. I highly recommend 1st Choice for your ventilation needs.

First Choice does amazing work, Phil has helped us many times. He went above and beyond what others were willing to do. We had many plumbers come to our home to fix a water pressure problem, none were able to do it.....Phil, and First Choice solved our problem! The people at First Choice are very knowledgeable, reliable and friendly.

First class operation. I have known the owner for about 15 years. My neighbor's used them before I did. First choice recently installed a new water heater and was by far the best price and extremely professional and fast. I personally have never heard one bad thing about First Choice Plumbing. They are a reputable, timely, and fair company. Highest of recommendations.

I was extremely pleased with my service from 1st Choice Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning. The techs who came out were very professional and courteous. My problem had to do with my well equipment in the house. They knew exactly what to do. I would call this company again.

My water heater was leaking, I called as soon as they opened at 8:30 and a technician was at my house at 10. He presented me with options and their costs, I decided to replace the water heater. It was installed before 1:00. Great service! I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing.

1st Choice Plumbing did a great job for us. We decided to use them after a neighbor recommended 1st Choice. Phil and Brandon were timely, conscientious, friendly, neat & orderly, and knowledgeable. On two different occasions, they installed a whole house water filtration system, new hose bib, main water shut off valve, water heater anode rod and disposal . They did a great job.

I am a property manager and needed 3 tub spouts replaced on a property. I called 1st choice plumbing and asked for their set price for doing this. The office staff told me they did not have set prices and said I would have to pay $55 for them to look at it. The technician arrived early and was friendly. He then stated that their set price per spout was $210 but he would do them for $189 each because I was doing 3. Their price prohibited me from using them and they did have set prices even though their office staff said they didn’t. I feel like they misled me to get the $55 service call. 1st choice will not be my first choice in the future.
