Tankless water heater installation: during installation, which took them 3 weeks to complete, we were told we needed to repipe the house. Called multiple times for estimate and no one calls back. In addition, first annual descaling of water heater was supposed to be included with install, but when we called to schedule, we were told that there would be charges.

Don and Meagan was great and very knowledgeable and was very quick and accommodating!

Called 3-4 plumbing companies and 1st Choice was the only one who could come out same day to fix a sump pump. Brandon was great and went the extra mile to assist with also figuring out that the discharge pipe was also froze up. Water heater wasn't working with code for faulty pressure switch, called the number on the site, reported the issue as a non-emergency and still received a call within 10 minutes with guidance to check exhaust vent for blockage outside. Fixed the problem immediately.
