David was our tech, came on time and was very professional and friendly. He did a great job and made sure everything was up to my expectations. I will use 1st Choice Plumbing again. Highly recommend!

Frank was awesome! We had a broken pipe & ran into him in plumbing aisle at nearby "big box" store. We were looking for a temporary solution that would enable us to get our water turned back on. Frank overheard our conversation, walked us through what we needed, & we were on our way within minutes. We called the following day & made appt to have the permanent repair done & to install a new water line to our refrigerator. Frank was prompt, courteous and knowledgable about the best solutions for our needs. We will call 1st Choice again for any future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Apparently they did not bid my job correctly, and instead of having a conversation about the bid. Twice the system was leaking down my walls into my loft. When I called about things not being done or done poorly they told me that I have already gotten more than I paid for. After having the conversation with the owner he said he would send me a $125 refund, which I never recieved.

1st Choice saved us thousands of dollars for an AC repair. Another company told us we needed to completely replace our AC unit when it was blowing hot air. 1st Choice came out, correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part for a small fraction of the cost to replace the entire unit. 1st Choice just got a new loyal customer for our future repair needs!

We have used 1st Choice for years. As usual, we were treated with respect and honesty. Josh and Scott did an excellent job with our new furnace installation. Josh had been out a few weeks ago to repair our old one. We were given the unfortunate news that our system was going to fail soon. He was able to get it working while we made the decision to make a go of it or get a new one. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.

Brandon was on time and great to work with. He took his time to find out the problem and after a process of elimination found out what was wrong and was able to fix it. Also keeping me informed along the way. I will definitely recommend Brandon and this company to anyone that needs any HVAC done. Thank you

They arrived promptly, were very professional and provided a thorough, reasonable quote. All work done brought our water heater up to code. The install was done quickly and they cleaned everything up. Highly recommend!

Brandon S came out today to look at our water heater. After his investigation was complete he took the time to show me everything he had found and what, if anything, could be done to fix it. He also found a few thing with our main line that could cause HUGE water issues at any time (leaking valves, clamp so tight it had actually compromised the pipe...etc). All through the process he was very responsive to my questions and even told me how to fix a few small bathroom issues myself. The entire process was easy peasy. Thank you so much Brandon S and no offense I hope we don't have to call you anytime soon :)

Only reason I did not select Good Value is because we rent and I have no idea what the final bill was.

Courteous and timely. After an issue with another company 1st Choice was able to squeeze us in the same day. We had a quick service disconnect and reconnect for concrete work. 1st Choice will be our 1st choice from now on!
