Phil was excellent! 1st Choice was my 3rd try at our tankless water heater. He didnt just fix it but took the time to teach me how they work and what to expect. Whoever installed it originally obviously had no clue what they were doing and it wasnt safe for my family. Phil went above and beyond and I wont use anyone else moving forward!

First Choice Plumbing is the best!! They respond so fast!! They are experienced and know what they’re doing - they’re very reasonable and explain everything so you understand what they did and why. My A/C was on the blink - wouldn’t turn on - First Choice got here, assessed the situation and within minutes had everything fixed and good to go - what a relief!! He showed me the part that failed and the new one. These guys know their business and don’t gouge you for things you don’t need!!
I’ve had them do work for me before and will continue to call them - they are dependable and reasonable and get the job done and you don’t have to wait for weeks!!!

I have been using this company for years now. They are reliable, trustworthy, honest, and will always tell you exactly what they’re doing and check in with you and give you prices and options upfront. Let’s be honest, no one really wants to call a Plumber because we all know that if we call a plumber it is because we have plumbing issues! This is the only company I will ever call!

The service was good. However, I dont believe that I was charged fairly. I paid $289 for a wax ring replacement. The wax ring is about $15 at Home Depot and the bolts were replaced which comes with the ring. The tech arrived and inspected toilet. I was told the trip charge (55) was waived if work was performed by inspecting tech which it was. Tech called me for permission to make repair at 9:20. Tech sent a text at 10:04 stating work was completed. That is a total amount of labor 44 minutes. This repair should have been half of the cost. I will post a google review as well. The tech stated that this company charges per job not real time.

Was out of state when the mid Oct 2019 Freeze hit and burst my sprinkler feed line. Called a few plumbers and only got an answer from 1st Choice. They sent Brandon out a couple days later and he did a replacement all the while teaching me every step from pipe cutting to soldering. Pressure checked with no leaks the first try. He inspected the interior lines explained how to I could flush my water heater and generally provided me with more plumbing knowledge in the time he was here than I had ever learned before.
