Very clear and professional. This company was recommended to me by a friend and co-worker, and I owe her something nice.

Another company was only interested in selling me a new furnace and tried to scare me by telling me my existing one wasn't safe. Shame on them. I will only trust Steel-T.
As always, the Steel T technician, Chris, arrived within the service window and performed a thorough and professional service of my HVAC system. Unlike some other HVAC companies, I never feel like Steel T tries to sell me anything I don't need in the course of the service.
The home warranty company wouldn't service the blower on my HVAC unit until the furnace and evap coil was professionally cleaned. My wife and I called Steel T to come out and do the cleaning and we were initially really happy with the service. However when the home warranty company came back to replace the blower, their tech showed us that Steel T didn't clean the furnace at all, just the coil and blower were cleaned. The invoice from Steel T clearly shows "furnace service," but when called they claimed cleaning the furnace wasn't included and thus far have refused to make it right. They did offer to waive the $105 service call fee, but we'd still have to pay the $179 cleaning fee a second time. The cleaning should be covered since they failed to clean everything the first time, at the very least the cleaning fee should be waived and just the base service call fee should apply.
Making an appointment was easy and the staff provided a good explanation about what to expect from the visit and what the visit itself would cost. The technician who came to diagnose our thermostat problem was Matt and he was outstanding. He listened carefully, took his time to identify what he thought the problem might be, he explained everything very well to us.
I was very much impressed with the quality and professionalism of Steel T. From the initial walkthrough quote all the way through HVAC installation. All employees were very polite, respectable, and professional. Jonas and Juan did a phenomenal job on the installation. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
