Excellent customer service. The representative, Nathan, figured out the issue quickly. Although he didn't have the part with him, he was able to give an accurate estimate and the service rep called when everything was available. The follow up was excellent and now I have a working furnace.

My sales person (Mike Hall) was awesome and took the time to understand my needs, determine the best options for my home, and answer any questions I had. Scheduling was painless and installation was done just a few days after I signed the proposal, which is great considering it was mid-summer! Everything is working well and the new thermostat has some neat features. Thank you for a great experience and for offering an excellent financing program that made this possible!

Preston with Steel T was one of the most, honest, respectful and informative contractors I have ever dealt with. Owning multiple homes in the Denver metro area over the last 30 plus years,, I have had dealings with multiple contractors, few have been as customer oriented as Preston, he really had taken his time to explain everything he was doing and why. Good job Steel T, you have an excellent technician.

We've used Steel-T for years. Unfortunately, I made the dumb decision to go with someone else because of speed. They attempted to troubleshoot our issue, but ended up telling us we needed a new unit ($6,000+). We went back to Steel-T for a 2nd opinion, and the tech (Joe) found the root cause in less than an hour and had us up and running the same night.

This company installed an air conditioner and humidifier in my home in 2017. The air conditioning unit is seriously under powered for the size of my house and frequently freezes up. Humidifier never worked. Ok, my bad, poor choice, I guess I need to live with it. Now while attempting to do maintenance on the furnace and humidifier, we discover the wiring was not installed correctly and the furnace circuit board is toast. Steel T has the nerve to charge me close to a $200.00 service call to tell me this, and wants to charge almost another $1000.00 to fix it correctly. This company is a PURE ripoff. Don't use them unless you have money to waste on poor quality and bad service. I am VERY unhappy with Steel T, and if negative stars were allowed, I would give them a negative 5.

Steel T was more than accommodating and managed to work us in for a new unit during a very busy (and hot) time of year. Tyler was professional, courteous and efficient during the time he spent at our home. He took extra time and waited for me to return from work to assure that I understood how to operate our new system and answered all of the questions that I had. From financing to final installation, Steel T was nothing less than a wonderful experience.

I worked with Steel T to get a whole home humidifier. Pricing was competitive. My installation was a bit of a special case but Nathan did an amazing job.
