Great Guys Heating, Cooling & Electrical

We called Great Guys for some routine maintenance on our air conditioner. In booking the appointment, we found out about a great VIP program. Tom came a few days later and was fantastic. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and did an amazing job. He did a full inspection and cleaning of our air conditioner and explained everything in a way I could understand. He even showed me before and after photos. Before ending the visit, he gave me some tips on how to care for the system until their next visit in the fall. The bonus for me was the savings for signing up as a VIP. I never look forward to household maintenance but Great Guys made it easy.

First of all let me say that our furnace stoped working the day of below 0 weather, we had another company come to repair it. After 3 visits our furnace still did not work so we were in the cold over the Christmas Holiday. Through the recommendation from one of my employees I contacted Great Guys Heating. They were at my home with in 1 1/2 hours. Stephen Thompson found the problem with in a few minutes of checking. To make a long story short he had our Furnace up and running. I can recommend them most highly. They know what they aren doing.

Can I just say Great Guys is truly the best of the best! They make referring clients their way so easy! I had a client call today raving about Ethan and the amazing job he did for them on their furnace today, thank you Ethan! Last week had another client call praising Maddy and her team, for a no heat call and getting their tenants taken care of quickly and effortlessly, they were truly grateful and so am I! Thank you Great Guys keep up the good work, You are building an amazing culture over there and it shows!

I had out to my house this morning. Before they arrived, I received a text with a picture of the technician, his name, and a link to track him on his way to my house. When Brian arrived, he was very respectful of my home (booties on feet), and did a great job working on my system and giving me information. I ended up signing up for their annual program because the cost was $1 more than I was going to spend for the appointment and it included a return trip. Good value there!

I had a fantastic experience with Great Guys, yet again! Every time I've had an issue with my boiler and swamp cooler they have acted quickly to come out to resolve issues. I had a new swamp cooler installed today and the whole team made the experience easy , friendly and seamless. I highly recommend Great Guys!!

Fast response time and most inexpensive company I price compared. Customer service and attention to install detail was better than I could’ve ever anticipated. You can tell they are family owned and operated, their care to do a job well done surpasses that of any company I’ve used in the past. I’ll use and recommend Great Guys every time!

These guys really are great. From the beginning when Marcus came to give the estimate I felt like they were trustworthy. They did a new furnace, ac, and hot water heater for us in one day. During the install they were on time, polite, and respectful to me and my home. These guys will be my go to from now on!

Having a water heater go out is always nightmare. Fortunately, I had the support of Maddy and her team. Great guy was able to send someone out without hours the morning this untimely event happened. They were able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution that same day. Their staff was really friendly and knowledgeable.

I have had nothing but great service! I recommend Great Guys to everyone I know. I love that they send a picture of the tech that will be coming to your home keeps things safe when you have a face to put with the person at your door. Thanks again Great Guys for working hard to get my heater back up and running during this cold spell.

Ethan was great when he came out to take a look at some noise coming from our furnace. Great Guys previously installed our A/C and did a great job so I did not hesitate to use them again. They are honest with no BS and are happy to answer any questions. Will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend.
