Ethan helped us fix our broken thermostat on the water heater originally, but also diagnosed a malfunctioning component on our furnace while he was onsite which has finally stopped our furnace from cycling so often. He was timely and extremely helpful in explaining things every step of the way. You can just tell when someone not only cares about what they do, but in wanting to ensure they take care of any concerns that we had as well. Would highly recommend Great Guys for anyone with water heater or HVAC issues!

We were disappointed they didn't have a technician available when our heater stopped in the middle of the night. However, the customer center employee who called us back right away in the morning was kind and helped get someone out quickly the same morning. The technician that helped was timely, knew what he was doing, and did not try to sell us on things that were unneeded. Will use again!

I've worked with both Brian and Ethan from Great Guys while figuring our how to handle our dying gas furnace. Initially, we wanted to convert to an all-electric heat pump system and scheduled an initial consult with Brian. He was an absolute professional during the visit to our home...punctual, explained the options in language I could understand, and provided an excellent list of pros and cons of each system configuration option. Ultimately, the electric conversion proved too costly for the budget we had allocated (which was due entirely to my lack of understanding what all was involved prior to Brian's visit) so we ended up deciding to look into repair of our current unit. Ethan, the tech scheduled for the repair work, came out to assess the scope of repair and do some basic cleaning and servicing while he was here. He did an excellent job with the service and then explained the scope of the required repairs as well as alternative replacement options. In the end, we decided to proceed with replacing the furnace, just with a modern high-efficiency gas unit instead of electric. Two for two, I'm anticipating an excellent working relationship with Great Guys as we move forward with this project! Highly recommend!

With the need of a furnace repair in cold weather, the staff scheduled me right away and James was able to replace my circuit board after hours with no issue. Great company.

I have worked with Great Guys for several years. They are very professional, respond quickly and know their business well. They installed an air handler for me, worked on our drain system for our handler and have also helped with the electrical system for the AC unit.
