    The AC installation went great. The team worked late during the initial install which we appreciated to be able to get it finished in one day, and the crew was always on time and responsive.

    When they came out initially to get a walk through for the AC install, they heard our furnace and said we most definitely needed maintenance on that:. we scheduled a maintenance appointment, and the person who visited couldn’t really find anything wrong. There was one small thing they fixed but it didn’t change the sound or anything that was the initial identification point. Better safe than sorry, I guess, but it felt like a waste of $200.

    All in all though, have enjoyed working with this Steel T.

    We had Steel T out yesterday at our home to install an A/C system and replace our furnace, and I couldn’t be happier that we chose them. Mike came out to give us our free consultation and compared to the other local HVAC contractor we had to to give us a quote, Mike was so thorough and took the time to educate us. I am also super appreciative of their financing options. Even though replacing a furnace and adding A/C to an old home is a daunting project for a homeowner, I felt like we were in great hands with Steel T. Daniel was our service technician and you can tell that Daniel takes great pride in doing a thorough job. Daniel took the time to walk us through our new thermostat, all the work he did (which he went above and beyond by fixing a leaky pipe that was being held together with duct tape) on the furnace, the duct work, the piping, and then our new A/C unit. I felt very valued as a customer and have no doubt that this work will pass inspection. Thank you for all your hard work! We’ll be sleeping like babies this summer with our new Carrier A/C system and knowing we had an amazing team working on our home.

    BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. Faulty installation of HVAC system in new construction led to rust inside of system. Called to discuss warranty work as this was clearly installation related (per experts here to service the unit) - their work - and they said they will not honor the warranty without proof of maintenance, which is unavailable since I’m the 2nd owner of a 4yo home. They told me to contact the home builder even though they were the contractor that did the install. BUYER BEWARE.

    Steel T just always seems to always impress me but this time they even went one step farther.
    I started up the Air Conditioner yesterday for the first time this year, and things didn't go the right way. I received an error message from my system.
    I called for help and they scheduled me for the next morning with The Manager of the Service Dept "Nathan" to come out.
    Nathan brought an employee named Tony with him.
    Nathan discovered right away that it was a bad compacitor and quickly replaced it. All the while explaining to his employee why he did things the way he did.
    Nathan and I were discussing that Steel T would be coming out in May to due their yearly Air Conditioner check and said why don't we just do it today while we are here.
    I said that's great.

    He went through the whole process with his trainee and explained to me what was being done while working at the same time not wasting any of his or my time.
    I just want to say thanks again Steel T .
    You have never let me down and every employee that has worked on my Air and Heat has done a great job. Maybe they all spend some time with Nathan who is just a pleasure to talk with and watch work. He is also one heck of a teacher to watch and learn from.
    Thanks Nathan and Tony as -Steel T is still the best in my book.

    I had a new central AC added to my forced air furnace system. The whole team is amazing. Scheduling over the phone was quick and easy. The estimator Mike was fantastic. He gave me a full break down of all the work I needed done, items that were installed incorrectly by a "doctor" company and the remedies they would take to bring it up to code, and was available from start to finish for all of my questions and followed up quickly to all of my inquiries. The office staff was easy to work with when I needed to reschedule my install.

    The real stars of the show were Jonas and Juan who came and did the install. They showed up early, they wore protective shoe coverings while they inspected everything that needed work. After that they worked non-stop from 9 A.M. until nearly 6 P.M. Undoing previous install errors and remedying everything took longer than originally expected. They were both professional and polite the entire time. They asked for my input on every part of the install that had multiple options so I could decide what worked best with my space and future plans. All of my networking equipment was in the room they were working in, and they carefully masked all of it off to keep it safe and operational while they worked because I was working from home all day. When they finished, they cleaned everything, walked me through all of their work, showed me how to maintain the system, and how to use the new thermostat.

    I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

    I had new HVAC installed at my home. Steel T was wonderful during the entire process. Honest, ontime, professional and respected my home. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended for all heating and cooling services. Thank you Steel T!

    Installed bad compressor on brand new construction. Had to order part which is fine but have now cancelled and rescheduled the install for the 3rd time and each time it's a week before they have any "availability" You would think I would be a priority since they are the one cancelling. Plus I don't get notice of them not coming until the day of after I've already taken off work to be home. Hot AND frustrated at this point.

    Had a small problem with furnace they installed last August. Called them this morning and they were out here same day even though this was not a disabling issue. Techs were great and had issue fixed quickly. No charge. These folks are great.

    A representative came out and looked at our furnace the other day. He was very knowledgeable about all things hvac and explained things that I normally I would not have been able to understand very well. He identified the problem within 5 minutes and fixed it within 20. I had a chance to chit chat with him briefly afterwards, and I truly hope steel t appreciates guys like Shawn, who are super personable and clearly very passionate about the company and the services they offer. Most people are grouchy nowadays and have nothing but negative things to say about their employer. Most people only wait until the day they can finally leave a job. This guy clearly loves what he does for a living, and represents the company so well. Give this dude a promotion and a raise!!

    Steel T was professional and friendly from start to finish. They did a great job of explaining everything from the time that we got estimates to after the installation.
