    As a former technician for this company, let's talk about it. This guy named Chris, who has a Oil company called Rolfsons handed to him by mom and daddy thought it would be a good idea to start a HVACR company. They bought 2 local companies, Edwards refrigeration and Denver heating and air conditioning. Then they had a preacher lead it. Mack was his name and he didn't know what HVACR was an acronym for. I got a few friends together to build this company. Landed a multi million dollar contract. They didn't know what net terms are. Decided to buy 90 brand new chevy diesel trucks. Then stated they were bleeding money and couldn't figure out why. Got rid of their service department and only wanted to do construction. Kept the dumbest employees around because they are a yes man type of person. This is a sinking disaster and I'm glad I left, hopefully you do too.

    This company is not ran by an operations manager (Patrick Smith) that knows what he is doing. He is mean to all of his employees and even treats his General contractors like they don't matter. I would advise anyone that is looking for a job not to go here.

    This is not the company to call for diagnosis or repairs. It was the worst company that I've ever had to deal with in my years as a business owner. I called in for an ice maker repair and stated to him that all I needed was a new compressor and for it to be installed because it was previously diagnosed by another company but that company did not have the purge tank or the right equipment to start the job and advised to contact Staxmatic (formally Edwards Refrigeration). The technician showed up and ran a diagnostic anyway after I told him that it was previously done by the other company. It took the technician a couple hours to complete a diagnostic test after making a phone call to his supervisor for help. After several trips in and out of the store to his service truck and not being able to answer direct questions about what he was doing he wrote us a bill for $440.00. The issue was never fixed and I refused to sign for the bill until the issue resolved. He then started to raise his voice in front of customers in the store and made a big argument about it. I tried to calm the guy down and told him repeatedly that I would sign the paper if he could explain to me what he had done and a plan of action, but he was so enraged and refused to work with me. I called and spoke with his manager and explained the situation I had encountered with his technician, he ensured me that work will get done properly. Here it is two weeks has past and nothing is getting done. I left several messages with no response back and every time I call the company there is no answer. Stay away and take your money somewhere else.

    They installed a walk in freezer and fridge. Our general contractor witnessed them taking over 2 hours for their lunch and charged us for the whole day. They came back at the end of the first day and cut all of the tubing they did that day for no reason other than to up charge us for hours. Their install was very poor and our freezer ended up breaking down less than 2 weeks after we opened (brand new walk in unit). They charged us $4500 for the install. They are now billing us $4600 less than 2 weeks after they installed our units to get them back up and running. We are not paying and taking them to court.

    We called them out because we were having issues with our walk-in freezer. They said that the issue was fixed however it was not. They ended up coming out a total of 5 times for the problem and they tried to charge us for each time that they came out. They keep trying to charge a higher labor rate than was quoted. I feel that in general they are not a very professional company and they are VERY expensive. I don't recommend that you use this company for anything.
