Absolutely the best. Having worked in design and construction my entire life, I can say without doubt that the furnace and ac install at my house was fantastic. Mike was great to work with from start to finish, and the crew was experienced and professional. The install was very quick and organized. The organized way of the wiring and other HVAC components shows solid workmanship, and this has always been a clue for me during my career while inspecting construction projects in the past. I took many bids for this project, and most fit in a tight grouping that included Gustafson Heating & Conditioning. In honesty it was close between two other companies, but Mike's experience became obvious the more I learned. I definitely made the right choice.

Purchased a mini-split (AC / Heat Pump) unsure if I'd be able to install it or not. I installed most of it myself but there were a few technical procedures I didn't have the expertise or tools to undertake. Dillon came out and finished the job, doing top-notch work and taking in account the aesthetics of the unit inside and out. Very reasonable price as far as I'm concerned. My new go to neighborhood HVAC company.

Our heater had been on the fritz for a couple of weeks now. Looked up Rheem Pro Partners and went with Gustafson Heating (saw the Grumpy Old Men name and it called to me). We couldn't be more happy with the service and professionalism we received. He gave us a great recommendation on the filter we should use and then diagnosed a faulty flame sensor unit in like ten minutes. He cleaned and thoroughly went through the unit to make sure it operates in tip top condition. With the cold weather we've been having it is a relief to have Gustafson on call. We couldn't be happier with our choice. I'll be scheduled an AC maintenance this spring and will have them back to service our water heater soon. Can't recommend their service enough.

The technician "Luis" was fantastic as usual. All the services and technicians we have used with Gustafson over 12 years have been prompt, professional, timely and reasonable over the years. I definitely approve of this vendor!!!

Our furnace went out and our regular company gave us a 2 week window for coming out. We have a RHEEM furnace and needed an authorized RHEEM dealer. I called Gustafson and they came out in 48 hrs. They were so nice and the technician --Dylan--was so helpful that I am switching companies. Really a great experience.

Basement flooded. This is where my WFH office is, so it was a big deal. Gustafson sent out Todd to fix it. He got it fixed quickly, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Basement is warm and dry now. I can't say enough good things about Gustafson.

I had the whole HVAC system installed by Gustafson about three years ago and recently requested maintenance on the system. Technician Robert Gomez was the tech that responded and he was very personable, easy to talk to, and explained what he was doing to me to service my furnace. I felt like I received thorough service and he provided advice for the future as well. Thank you, Robert!! I hope to be able to request you again in the future to do maintenance on my AC next spring.

We had a new a/c and furnace installed this spring by Gustafson. They were able to come and give us an estimate within a couple days. We got scheduled for the install within a week. They were on time the day of the appointment and made sure everything was done perfectly and there was no mess. When they were here to do the install, we decided to have the hot water heater replaced. They noticed that the main shut off for the water was leaking in the crawlspace, so had them do that too. They got that done the following day. The price was a lot less than the other estimates obtained. They are an approved vendor with Excel and they completed all the paperwork for the rebate. Happy we went with them and no regrets. Highly recommend them.

Robert Gomez performs the highest quality job that I have ever received for HVAC. I’m extremely pleased with the service and will be using Gustafson going forward. My humidifier went crazy and nearly drowned us. But, along comes Dylan Villano like a shining knight on a white horse and he fixed it perfectly. I love Gustafson because they treat me like family even though I am not. They are responsive and professional. Dylan saw the problem right away and was on it! He did a fast job and was very tidy. He got soaking wet, but didn't whine at all. And I must say, the fee was so reasonable. I was very pleased. Good company and great service technician.

Update on 5/4/22: Today "Todd" from Gustafson came to install a filter that Dylan had ordered for me. Todd was amazingly quick and so careful and polite. He told me that Dylan was his role model and a good guide. He is following in great footsteps and in line with the Gustafson's high performance expectations. I'm very impressed with the Gustafson way of doing business.
