They cut some radiator pipes from my old house. They were professional and worked hard to do so. Expensive, but if I were to remove them all, I would call them again.

Maddie and Lane were amazing with getting the job done around my schedule , they were knowledgeable , fast to fix some prior issues with the old set up that was outdated ... just a pleasure to have them work in my home ! Great experience and highly recommend! It's going to be 7 degrees tonight and our heat went out. Marcus showed up and fixed our issue. The heat is working. It's also snowing outside, the roads are not good, and it's Saturday night. He showed up and restored our heat. He was also very nice and so I'd definitely recommend using this business.

I don't know about you, but there is a dilemma regarding the health of a furnace and the most inopportune times they fail. Most families have away time from the house but tend to return around dinnertime, and that's when the family learns about the broken furnace !! Most predatory companies try to take advantage of this common dilemma, but Great Guys HVAC did not !!!! They did slightly mention a fast after hours response, but steered the customer (me) toward the most sensible solution, and when they responded at 08:00 the next day we were warm and cozy by 09:30! New part, warranty, a clean workspace and courteous field engineer resulted in a satisfied customer and it did not go unnoticed!!! Thanks, Great Guys HVAC!
