Great Guys have saved us on several occasions. First, they kick started our old abused HVAC system after we moved into our house. About a year later when it finally croaked, they replaced it with a wonderful new machine. Now they do the maintenance and I never have to think about it!!

I wanted to say thank you to Great Guys, for sending Ethan today to look at my furnace, to see why it is not working and determined it is very old and needs to be replaced. Ethan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained repairing the old furnace VS replacing it with a new one. We decided to replace it with a new furnace, Jacob and Tony will come tomorrow morning to install the new furnace. Also, he was very kind to include installing a modern Thermostat and removing the old one. The Great Guys was able to accommodate me the next day to put in the new furnace and the new Thermostat. Recently the blower motor failed in the boiler. Great guys responded on a Saturday, Brian came out and diagnosed the issue. A new motor was ordered and installed within a couple of days. Brian was professional and knowledgeable and followed through on everything promptly.
