Highly recommend Great Guys! Marcus installed central AC and a central humidifier for me and has been out for a few repairs and service calls to my heating/cooling system. He's incredibly knowledgable, professional, and friendly and is very flexible around scheduling. His services are affordable and high quality. I'm happy to have found Great Guys and will continue using them for al my HVAC needs!

I heard of Marcus through my good friend Laura. When I told her I wanted someone to fix my furnace, she did not hesitate to recommend Marcus and his team of professionals. Marcus was professional and honest, something that's hard to come by these days especially in the HVAC business. Marcus offered to fix my poorly installed water tank heater (done by a previous contractor) free of charge when he was only paid to replace my furnace. I can't recommend Marcus enough, he is the kind of honest person who would rather lose money than tarnish his reputation. Great piece of work Great Guys are! When I had called, I was having a time with water pressure for the hot water side of things. I spoke to Ron who scheduled me and stated they were about 10+ days out. Marcus gave me a
call; took the time to reach out so I could describe the problem and see how he could help. Also he followed up with me even though I had went with another service. THANKS again GREAT GUYS

Excellent experience all around. Marcus is an absolute delight! Super knowledgeable and patient! Not only did they do an excellent job on my A/C install, they assisted with adjusting my existing setup. Super satisfied and I am not an easy customer to do so.

I tried these guys based on the good reviews. I was more than pleased with the result. Tired of calling the big boys in town, the big HVAC groups get bigger by taking advantage of people not knowing about mechanical things. Couple years ago,I used one of the big names for a furnace cleaning and inspection. The blower capacitor was out of spec, 10% lower microfarads, and the replacement with labor was quoted at $460. Plus the service visit for inspection, $60. I thought that was high, so I declined and found a compatible capacitor for $20 online. Great guys come over, the capacitor is 15% out of spec, they quote me $149 for replacement, including labor and parts and the service visit. So I get the same service for almost $400 less. Marcus serviced our furnace, he's pleasant, respectful, and, not that it's relevant to the service performed, but also a really nice guy. Highly recommended.

I spoke to the owner, Marcus on a Saturday when I was having furnace issues. While he made himself available to make a visit if necessary, he also walked me through a few steps that I could do on my own to troubleshoot it. He was super helpful, and offering top notch customer service. This is how you win business!

If anyone in the Denver area needs AC/furnace/water heater/electrical help these are your guys! Our AC went out at 9:30p on Friday night (in the middle of weeks in the 90’s), and 12 hours later we are all squared away and for 1/4 of what some other folks were trying to charge us for a weekend repair. Marcus was super responsive to my quote request and James was so helpful while here fixing our AC unit. Can’t say enough great things!

Great Guys technicians showed up on time, cleaned furnace and central air conditioner, did excellent work and priced very reasonable.

They replaced my ac a few weeks ago. Very impressed with their response time and the work was great. And I've never been able to give 5 stars to any contractor for any work I've had done. Friendly and willing to answer my questions. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. My ac cools my second floor for the first time. So glad I found them.
