Steel T

I really appreciate the quality and professional effort of Steel T when they installed a new Carrier furnace in my house this week. I was impressed with the efficiency and speed in which their team disassembled the old system and installed the new furnace and had it up and running by the afternoon. I have worked in commercial HVAC control systems and would highly recommend Steel T.

Steel-T installed my AC system in 2011 and I have been using them for HVAC maintenance since. Ty came out for a furnace check-up today and was both thorough and professional.

Called because my AC wouldnt turn on. It's an old unit so i fully expected to have to replace the unit. Matt was on time, friendly, polite and quickly realized the only problem was a disconnected wire in my thermostat. No trying to convince me that I still should replace the AC. Honesty and integrity seem so hard to come by these days, but SteelT delivered that with a smile. I couldn't be happier.

The entire team at Steel T is awesome! Every person who came into our home was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. From our initial consultation with Mike H. to the installation with Brandon and Mike, everything was solid. Our new furnace and air conditioner were up and running in one day, and we are pleased with the way everything works/looks. I would definitely recommend Steel T.

David C. was incredibly helpful and patient! After the install, he took his time to help us set up the new thermostat (connect to wifi, choose schedule and temperature settings, etc.). Could not be more pleased with the service.

My A/C went out Sunday, of course right when the temperatures were headed back into the 90's. I called Steel T, as they had given me a bid several years back on a new A/C system and handled that very professionally, first thing Monday morning and they scheduled a service tech for Wednesday afternoon. Their tech called Wednesday afternoon to let me know he was 20 minutes out. The service tech, Joe, showed up exactly 20 minutes later in a nice clean Steel T service truck and had a clean uniform on. Joe was informed of the problem and immediately went to work. Joe diagnosed the problem quickly, which was a failed capacitor, replaced the part and did a complete check up service of my AC system. Joe left after about 1-1/2 hours and my house cooled down nicely. I couldn't be more pleased by the professionalism of Steel T from the service dispatcher I spoke to, the service tech Joe the clean company truck and the good attitudes. I will definitely call Steel T for any future HVAC needs I have. In this crazy time of Covid and material and labor shortages it's great to see and experience a good company who cares about customers!

Steel T helped me replace my furnace and add an air conditioner, and I was really impressed with the whole process. Their HVAC specialist Mike came out and spent a lot of time looking at my existing system and calculating what the new system would look like, and then talking through the different options. I never felt pressured, and felt like he knew his stuff. The installation team was equally professional, taking care to lay down protective mats and communicating throughout the process, and then taking time to thoroughly show me the installation. I'd definitely recommend them.
