I was very impressed with the team from Steel T from the initial consultation with Mike to the installation with David (and others). Mike provided information about my existing system and how the new system would work. David and team arrived promptly at 8:00 and the team efficiently installed the new furnace and AC. When the systems were installed, David walked through the new thermostat as well as the furnace and AC themselves. I would highly recommend Steel T Heating and Air Conditioning for their services!

Steel T provided excellent service as we had our heater go out late one night. Chris helped us troubleshoot and the heater at 10pm on a Saturday, and Nathan came out early Sunday morning. He was able to fix the heater by patching one part and fabricating another part. Nathan was extremely courteous and helpful in explaining what the problem was, how it would be fixed, general maintenance and care, how to register the products, etc. Highly recommend!

Matt answered every question. He did not hurry us. He made sure we were comfortable with the decisions we were making and the work he did. His knowledge and expertise are impressive.

He went "above and beyond" to make sure that all guidelines were followed exactly and to install my new furnace and air conditioner in the most professional way, to ensure the best performance and efficiency.
