Steven was excellent. Prompt response to our call even though on Saturday . Walked us through everything he was seeing and taught us about our unit and what was causing problem. Didn’t try to upsell us. Fixed issue quickly on first visit so we had heat back that night. Very reasonable price and will definitely use them again. Steve took extra time to make sure he got the issue completely fixed and our heat was running correctly again.

Absolutely amazing company! Im so grateful for Steel T and the work that they do. The kids and I got a new furnace installed!! Professional, fantastic customer service, and very friendly. I will definitely call them if I need anything in the future and recommend them to everyone.

I have had the pleasure to use Steel-T on two occasions now. Today I was visited by Josh and Steve. Josh was also the tech that visited me about two years ago. I can't commend these two enough. They are two of the most professional individuals that I have ever had the pleasure to have in my home. They were timely, polite, respectful and just great individuals. With the customer service these guys provided, I can't imagine ever using another company besides Steel-T. Thank you both for the excellent service and experience!

The technician was timely, respectful and knowledgeable. He serviced our furnace and explained procedures as he did them. We will continue to use Steel T in the future.

From start to finish they were nothing but professional. From office staff, to estimate, to install! The clean up at the end was most impressive as you would have never known they were here. That extra step makes all the difference. We were very pleased.

Very pleased with our experience using Steel-T. They were always up front with the type of equipment and what we would be receiving with our new furnace and AC install. Technicians were prompt, efficient and kept the premises clean during the install. After the install, the tech thoroughly went over the new system components and how to operate it. Highly recommend and will use Steel T again.

Preston Walker was the technician assigned to my ticket. He called ahead and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was extremely pleasant with a wonderful disposition. He was thorough in his evaluation of my system and issue I called in. He even walked me through the inner-workings of my system so I would have a better understanding of its capabilities. He completed his work quickly and I’m looking forward to having a fully functioning system moving forward. His demeanor was professional and friendly. Honestly, it was one the best in-home service calls I’ve experienced to date. Thanks, Preston! Steve from Steel-T came out to replace a gas valve on my furnace. After examine and testing the gas valve he determined that it didn’t need replacing. He could have done the replacement and charged me for it but showed his honesty and integrity by not doing that. He explained things in detail while here. His professionalism, honesty, and competence was very impressive! I will use Steel-T in the future and will request Steve if possible,
