Steel T

We have used Steel-T since 2000. They are always prompt and courteous. Their prices are reasonable and fair. Would highly recommend.

The whole process was very professional. Mike- (comfort specialist) was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the initial estimate. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Brandon and Jason (installation specialists) did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, were very professional, and completed the installation of the air conditioner system very quickly. I was very impressed working with Steel T and will continue to use them in the future.

The entire sales/installation process was excellent. Our sales professional Mike, was knowledgeable, understood our requests, informative, and explained all our options with clarity and without hype. Tyler and Gabriel spent a nine hour day installing our new furnace and a/c - without so much as a lunch break. They paid attention to keeping things clean and organized and explained every step with clarity and reasons why. Tyler is a skilled professional and his expertise and years of experience were very apparent. My husband and I will definitely enjoy our new units and will recommend Steel T (Mike, Tyler, and Gabriel especially) to friends and family.

the technician was fabulous. the company not so much. the company knows that my particular furnace has a defective part manufactured by Carrier and that it only takes a flick of the wrist to spin a wheel and the furnace will turn on, possibly being that the furnace will last many more years. they do not tell you to try that, but instead send someone out who then charges the standard fee of $185 for a minimal maintenance call. I'd say that was pretty minimal and I could have done it myself.

Steel-T did a great job adding a humidifier and air purification upgrades to my Carrier HVAC system. The installation was scheduled less than a week after I selected the proposed equipment options that I wanted. The installation technician called me directly 20 minutes before he arrived, which was within his arrival time window. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. I can recommend Steel-T for your home HVAC system needs.

Steel T did such a great job installing a new furnace and ac unit. That were fast and on time. If you pay with cash/ check they take a discount off the price. We saved $400 plus they took care of filling xcel rebates for us which is about $600 in saving! They were clean and made sure to pick up after they were done. Very impressed!! Plus Mike Hall was very knowledgeable when I had any questions!! He even gave me a call to make sure I got my appointment made with them when he was on vacation. Matt was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. He came in and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. That's the benefit of experience. He also then provided some tips for future maintenance which were very helpful. Thank you!
