Jacob P was a lifesaver, he was extremely professional and very helpful and kind. I returned from a business trip Friday evening and found that my heat had been off for at least 24 hours. We had a knocking sound in our duct work whenever the A/C unit would turn on and when it would stop.
Matt from the Englewood office came out to the house and explained to us what the problem appeared to be and what was needed to be done in order to resolve the issue. In a very professional manner he went to work and in a relatively short period of time resolved our problem. Kudos to him and to Ali in the customer service department. She listened to my concerns and followed through in getting the best technician to handle our problem. I would highly recommend Steel-T to all of our friends and neighbors.

Steel T did an excellent job this week coming to my home on Monday and installing a new furnace the next day. My furnace was leaking carbon monoxide on Friday and had to be shut down. The fire department was called and they suspected the furnace was the issue. A tech came to my home on Saturday and said it was not safe to use. I made an appointment for Monday at noon with Mike from Steel T and he came on time, was very friendly, straight forward and explained everything. The company left us two space heaters to use and offered more if we needed them. Mike was honest and everything he said would take place, did. They were at my home at 8:20 the next morning, they installed everything, were very respectful and this type of honesty and service is rarely seen anymore. I highly recommend using this company and this is my first experience with them and they were excellent to work with.

Engaged Steel T to service my relatively new Carrier heat pump and gas furnace as well as review the operating settings to achieve the heat pump/furnace balance I desired. The technician was prompt, efficient and personable. He reviewed all settings with me, made recommendations in keeping with my goals and with no fuss, corrected some installation and set-up issues with my system. Great experience in every respect.

Matt called to confirm, to let us know he was on his way. Matt worked with my husband on installation location and concerns. He did a very professional job. Matt took care with our home as he brought in supplies and left a clean job behind. We would recommend and use Steel-T again.

Nathan from Steel T was extremely thorough and helpful. I had been using a different company and they could not get the problem with our A/C fixed after numerous visits. Nathan diagnosed the problem right away and our A/ C is working great. I just wish I had contacted Steel T to begin with. Won't make that mistake again.

We were referred to Steel T by another contractor. They were amazing. I called, and the same day, the owner responded and scoped the work we needed done. He then provided an estimate, and immediately scheduled a crew of Mark and James. These guys were great! They put a tarp down on the floor, wore booties on our hardwood floors, answered all questions, were cordial, efficient, with great clean up. I would not only recommend them, but if the need arises in the future, we will definitely use them again.

My experiences w Steel T Heating have been excellent. Their staff are professional and thorough. Today Preston came to checkout my AC. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and correct it. He also was able to service my furnace and answer all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and friendly, offering amazing customer service!
