Our tech Shawn did a great job and we are so thankful! We are about to get very cold weather in the next few days and were worried we would not have our heat fixed. Steel T was very responsive and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Definitely recommend their services.

Very responsive service. Christian, the tech who came out, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. He knew exactly where to look and how to get out AC working within minutes.

Matt at Steel-T installed a whole-home humidifier and did an outstanding job. Matt was patient and consistently asked if I had any questions about the system and assuring that all of my needs and understanding of the system were met. Would highly recommend!

The experience I had was truly unprecedented. From the moment I spoke to a real person on the phone to the two installers who treated me like their family.

Daniel and his assistant worked quietly all day replacing my furnace. They took care to not make a mess and considered my home as their own.

At the end, they explained everything using terms I could easily understand and made certain all my questions were answered.

Daniel ensured that they would return twice per year for the general inspection and to make sure all was in working order.

Lost our heat due to a blown fuse. The Steel T team had Shawn out to our place same day to locate the issue and resolve it with ease. Super pleased with the service and with Shawn’s willingness to help us get our new thermostat set up prior to him departing. Will definitely be using Steel T in the future.

Had service done through my home Warranty program and Steel T Heating came out to service our home. I am no expert but I feel as though they could have done much less and still resolved the issue at hand but I feel they went the extra mile to pipe the pvc all the way to the drain so that it would lay flush with the drain plate. Then they scanned the entire HVAC unit and made a few other adjustments that the builder failed to make during initial install. I really appreciated the detailed attention that was put into the job. Replaced ageing furnace and ac in one day. Went through both products thoroughly and how to set up thermostat. Very professional and courteous would highly recommend.

We’ve been searching for a great HVAC company since we moved here 7 years ago and after lots of challenging experiences with other companies we’ve found our go to!

We’ve had them out twice now and both times they were prompt, communicated extremely well before during and after, and helped us solve our problems fast. The first time they were out we were having issues with our refrigerant line freezing and they fixed it by tightening the screw connecting the line to the system. 3 other techs and their supervisors from other companies had been out prior to that without finding the issue and tried telling us we needed to purchase a whole new system! The second time, they fixed the igniter problem on our furnace less than 24 hours from when we reached out and they found two other issues that they troubleshooted and solved for us that will help our system run more efficiently.

True professionals. We will be lifetime customers.

Shawn was prompt and courteous. Quickly surveyed my furnace and changed the filter I provided. Took maybe 10 minutes, so $185 is a bit pricey for such a minimal amount of time!

Shawn performed annual service and inspection on our furnace and humidifier. He showed me how to turn off the humidifier for the summer. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
