We were receiving an error message on our unit and were concerned for damage to our system. Kyle was on time for our appointment and educated us on what the alert was about and provided us with an update on more appropriate filters for our unit to reduce overworking and increase the longevity of the system. We are really appreciative of his explanations and understanding of what the alerts meant. It was very easy to set up an appointment. We will use you guys again!

My wife and I had the folks from Ultimate replace our 25-year-old HVAC system with a brand-new furnace and heat pump. Kyle came out, looked at our existing system and went over options with us. We had two other companies provide us with proposals and Ultimate had the best price and a no pressure sales pitch. We called Kyle on Friday and he set us up with an install the following Tuesday. Tuesday arrived and installers Kelly, Ricardo, and Zar showed up on time. They completed the work in a single day, kept our house nice and clean, and went over how the new system works thoroughly.
