Very professional service and very fair in their pricing. They diagnosed any possible issues that may occur in the near future and provided a few options as to repair or replacement of the system. The options were explained very clearly and the technician even provided pictures of all the problem areas.

Update: After discussing our options for repair or replacement of our furnace and A/C systems, we decided on replacing everything. Ultimate heating and cooling provided really great pricing and we’re able to come out pretty quickly to replace everything, which they did all within one day. They even showed up on time even though it was snowy and frigid! They were very friendly and efficient and answered all of my questions about our new system, and walked me through our new thermostat’s options. They also were extremely good about communication and getting back to me with any of my questions and concerns. I’d highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs!

I had a great experience with Ultimate! We are having issues with our AC unit, and they arrived next day to inspect. Suffice it to say that our unit is incredibly old, and the associate was very honest in his assessment. We decided to replace the unit and he worked with our budget to find a great fit. The installers came out the next day! Kelly and Ricardo were awesome, very professional, polite, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything. They were efficient and completed the install quicker than they estimated. They also made sure I understood how to use the system before they left. Our heat suddenly went out on the coldest day of the year and I was panicking trying to find someone to repair it before nightfall. I called the office and they took down my information and said they'd call me back after speaking to the after hours technicians. About 30 minutes later one of the techs, Justin, called me and asked me some questions and offered to talk me through getting the system up and running as he didn't want us to have to wait several more hours before someone could get to us. With Justin's help I was able to get the system going again! He was super patient and helpful and I'll be calling tomorrow to schedule an appointment to identify whatever long-term repairs may be necessary. With three small children in the house, I was really worried about how cold it would be overnight! Justin's amazing Customer Services is so appreciated!!

Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable & professional service.
KELLY was the Lead Installer assisted by ZAR and WILL. The old AC, furnace, and water heater were removed and replaced in just 5 hours. Within and hour or two I received an emailed invoice which included an installation checklist along with pictures of the installation process explaining what was done. Throughout the whole process, all communication (phone, text & emails) was prompt very thorough. Everyone, from the office staff to all the installation crew were very pleasant and helpful. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. They turned a somewhat stressful situation into a pleasant experience and that is rare today.

Our AC went out during a heat wave over a holiday weekend. I called to schedule an appointment for repair. I was able to get a same day appointment! The woman i scheduled with over the phone was so pleasant and helpful. Ross, our technician, was punctual, professional, and got our AC running in no time. He also spent the time to make sure it was working properly before he left. His inspection was thorough and gave us estimates to help make sure our AC and furnace were all working correctly without pushing us to make purchases right away. It was awesome to get the AC fixed so quickly and to also have options for further repairs/maintenance to think about in the future. Would highly recommend!

We presented the technician a difficult time since I was coming home from the hospital with an unknown release time. We tried to keep Ultimate informed and they were very accommodating. The technician was patient and fixed the problem efficiently and charged a very reasonable fee. Ultimate Heating and Cooling is a very good company and charges very fair price’s. We tried other companies who overcharge and make up problems that don’t exist. I trust UHC and their capable technicians.

We utilized Ultimate Heating & Cooling when our A/C was not keeping up with the weather. The office made sure to set the expectation of $100.00 drive fee and first 1/2 hour of diagnostic, every half our after that was $45.00. Our tech arrived at 2:43 pm & departed at 4:15 pm per our ring camera. Not once was it discussed flat rate billing. We were told our A/C was leaking and they would fill it back up, add a dye to find the leak, and our capacitor was showing weak and since under warranty we agreed to have the capacitor replaced. We received an estimate, asked questions, signed it, and the tech went about his way. We were sticker shocked on the cost but A/C is an expensive fix.
The tech told us the dye is the first step to finding a leak and typical repairs of leaks can be as much as $3000.00. He mentioned that once the leak is fixed he recommends we empty the A/C and fill it with clean refrigerant.
As we were leaving town for a prolonged vacation I panicked and wanted to have the dye 'read' sooner rather than later. I called around to see if we could find a company that could read it for us (UHC was booked). In the process each company would ask the work done so I simply emailed the invoice over, this way they knew the history.
Three different places balked at our invoice. One place felt so bad for us and how we were "ripped off and taken advantage of" they showed up the next day, found the leak (without needing to read they dye, even though they did) and repaired it in a matter of minutes. He walked us through our invoice and discussed how some organizations use flat fees to essential double or triple their monetary capture of labor.
I called UHC to review my bill and also sent an email. I was able to speak with the owner. She pointed out many times she has my signature on all my paperwork. Fair, I just want an explanation to my bill and why other HVAC companies balked at the bill, explanation of work, and how that did not align with the images of the instruments/tools also included in our invoice.
-One question we asked was if our unit was so low, why not clear it all out and put fresh refrigerant in instead of mixing old/bad with new. She said that that bad refrigerant isn't a thing. However, her tech had told us once they fix the leak they would want to remove all the bad/old refrigerant and put fresh new stuff in. Who is telling the truth? Who isn't? I have no idea.
-Another question we asked was per the gauges and the interior temp of our home compared to outside, it was advised by the other company, our home would not have held as well as it did if it was that empty on refrigerant. She advised us that is their opinion. Our house was 78 degrees while the exterior was mid to high 90s and our AC holds 4.6lbs and had to be filled with 4lbs indicating only .6 lbs in unit.
For transparency we were charged $498.22 for first pound of refrigerant and labor. Each pound after was $61.80. We were charged $363.73 for the dye & labor to read it. She did agree to refund this as we did not have them come back and read it. $100.00 trip and first 1/2 hour of diagnostics. $392.43 warranty run capacitor for labor/shipping/paperwork/fees. Total for 3 lbs of R410A, trip charge, dye and warranty labor to replace capacitor a total of: $1477.98 (This does include the dye she has agreed to refund, holding for check).
She also told us that the $45.00 per half hour is only for diagnostic and any repair is a flat rate billing just FYI for you shoppers. Her response to my concerns of cost was I had the right to call around and price check. So, for those of you looking to call around and price check, here is what we were billed. The other three HVAC companies we contacted stated max bill out for same services : $789.72/$721.36/$821.01. This is my opinion and my experience. Just trying to share our encounter and how we felt about it for other consumers in need of HVAC care.

My furnace went out and it was 55 degrees in the house on a very cold day.
Will was great! He was prompt, professional and explained what the problem was.
He also went through the extra effort to leave and pick-up the part I needed, return and get my furnace working again all within a few hours.

Wow - from the initial consult to the completion of our AC/Furnace install, these guys were incredible. We got the lowest cost quoted, were able to finance through their Wells Fargo 0% interest credit card, and they installed within a day of us signing the contract. Install day was seamless, they were in and out in less than 8 hours and left the place spotless. Crew was super friendly and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about this company!
