Joshua was excellent. I’ve used Ultimate heating ever since I moved here. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They made some recommendations and provided pros and cons on moving forward or not with them. Haven’t had any issues and making appointments are a breeze.

Alistair was great, in and out and our AC is back up and booming. It was a rough couple days when as new tenants we realized the AC had actually been frozen after the the June gloom temperatures subsided and were replaced by the summer CO heat. Now, we are cool and happy customers over here, can’t recommend enough!

Ultimate Heating gave me good advice on my HVAC system. A new furnace and air conditioner was installed in December 2022. More recently, a second heating and cooling zone was added to my house, as well as an upgraded air filtration system. I highly recommend Kyle and other technicians at Ultimate, and will be using them again!

Scheduling the service when my heater went out was very easy. The technician, Ross, was prompt, fast, and friendly. He was super knowledgeable and patient (I'm pretty clueless when it comes to home maintenance). He fixed all the issues and helped me understand how to prevent them. He also followed up personally to make sure everything was working properly a day later. He was able to do additional maintenance on the tankless hot water heater, and it is working better as well. The whole experience was excellent due to Ross. Thank you!!!

I called to see if they could fix my backyard spigot which had low pressure. Charlotte was very helpful and scheduled appt same day. Louis came out and was friendly, upfront, and honest. He was able to replace the spigot same day and it works great and pressure problem is fixed!

First, they tried to charge $750 to clean my heating unit that which was confirmed to be clean by a different company. Second, they lied that a new pressure switch was necessary when it was clearly not. Third they tried to convince me I needed a new unit based on these lies which again, was confirmed to not be true by a different company. I wouldn’t trust this company for any type of repair or servicing and I will be reporting them for trying to convince me to have upwards $1,500.00 for unnecessary work.

EDIT following the company's response: No photos were ever showed to me so that is a lie. I hired a qualified and also 20-year experienced technician to review the items that were included in the estimate to determine whether they were accurate or not. You quoted $548.00 to repair a pressure switch which my technician not only bought for $28.00, but also determined there was nothing wrong with either of the pressure switches. He worked with Carrier heating units specifically for greater than ten years and immediately determined that there was nothing wrong with either switch. Additionally, we pulled the unit out and looked at it and immediately determined the greater then $700.00 charge the unit was unnecessary as the unit was almost completely clean. Myself and my technician also found it odd that you tried to sell me a new unit after my tenants reported that you never removed the unit to actually check if it actually needed cleaning. I will be reporting you to the City and hope nobody trusts your business. You tried to sell me a new unit without a thorough diagnosis of the actual issue. The issue you are referencing in your response from last year was a cooling issue not a heating issue. You are LIARS... the unit has been working just fine since pulling and cleaning the flame sensor (which is a 5 minute fix).
