The entire team at Cool Sunshine was amazing. We had an AC going bad so we had some time to schedule the replacement. Joy gave us 2 price choices for AC replacement, both aligned to what we had discussed. The week before the scheduled install, Joy reached out to confirm the date and workorder. The team of 3 installers showed up on-time with all the right equipment. Later in the day a manager stopped by to confirm the work was done right, all setup and clean up was completed, and that I was satisfied with the work delivered. Overall a great service experience.. Amazing teamwork at good price point.

We interviewed several companies to replace our aging A/C and furnace and were provided a ride range of opinions on equipment, install and cost. We decided we wanted a particular brand and efficiency of new equipment. Cool Sushine worked diligently to get us the best deal and was extremely patient with all our questions and requests. They were prompt with the install, worked professionally, kept us informed of the install progress and cleaned up after the install beautifully. It was a very positive experience and we highly recommend them for Hvac replacement.

This company is awesome— the people are honest, trustworthy, professional, and do great work. We were without a safe, working furnace and when Cool Sunshine found that out, they worked us into the schedule two weeks earlier! Israel, who assessed the furnace (the third opinion we received) was honest and helpful in explaining everything. He did the install of the new furnace and did an amazing job. Cool sunshine did a residential AC installation for us and I can honestly say it was a great experience from start to finish! Joy and Ivy are awesome and very communicative and the installers were very professional and knowledgeable with all of my thousand questions , they also covered all the flooring from the front door all the way to the furnace area to keep the floor clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They are personable and helpful with any concerns or questions you have and the prices for the service are very reasonable. I am glad to say that I felt comfortable spending my hard earned money on a great company knowing they will take care of me the way that they have! 5 stars service for sure!

WOW!! We HIGHLY recommend Cool Sunshine!! We used them to remove our old HVAC system, and install a new one, including: 2 new furnaces, 1 new AC system, 1 new thermostat, and 1 new home humidifier (hooked up to 1 of the new furnaces). WOW!!! Excellent work! 5-6 guys were here on the installation day, promptly by 8:30 am. They finished around 5:00 pm. All of the guys were friendly, respectful, and great workers. They put on booties over their shoes when they came inside the house. They put drop cloths down on the floors where ever they walked. They explained things as they went too. Joy, the representative who came out to the house first, and gave us our quote, was extremely knowledgeable. We were impressed with her. Would we use them again, YES!!!! Do we recommend them, YES!!! We will probably use them once a year too, to check the system, and make sure everything is in working order. The house's heating and cooling (and the humidity levels) are all now working on an even basis. YES! Money well spent! WOW!!! Cool Sunshine is the one to choose for your HVAC system. Extremely professional, reasonably priced and punctual. We were referred to Cool Sunshine after getting 3 other quotes and Cool Sunshine came in 1st by a few hundred dollars to the second lowest bid. No sales pitch, no sitting down at the table for 1hr to sell you what they are providing. They knew what needed to be done and did not waste our time trying to up-sell. Being a homeowner who is fairly skilled in home repair, I know better than to just go with the lowest cost. I tend to look for the signs of professionalism, and also have family in various trade professions, so their opinion is factored in. Jeff, Mitchell and their crew were exactly that. Jeff and Joy responded via phone and email promptly, and completed the job in the time frame they said they would. Here's where the added value comes in... we are homeowners of almost 6 years. Our backyard has had no attention for its entire existence. I have been working non-stop in this yard. I have finally put it to a place where we are proud. (flagstone, pea gravel, etc) Where the old (and new fan) sit, is pretty close to the back gate. It had old railroad ties and was not pleasing to the eye. Sunshine not only replaced the fan but made sure to remove the railroad ties (had to for leveling purposes) and used the resources I left behind to level out the ground and make it look clean. (I unintentionally left a wheel barrel full of dirt, pea gravel and hand tools from my weekend warrior activities). So, not only did they do the job we paid them for, but they took it upon themselves to go above and beyond and complete approximately 1-2 hours of landscaping I expected to do after they left. We had no expectations for this task, but you could just see the pride they took in their work, not just functionally but aesthetically. I strongly recommend Cool Sunshine and their professional capabilities.
