My wife and I used Cool Sunshine for a furnace replacement based on a referral from a friend. The experience from start to finish was truly great. From the initial diagnosis of a problem to getting a new furnace unit was less than 24 hours. The team was incredibly professional and friendly, and we saved money compared other quotes we got. I would highly recommend them to anybody with heating & cooling needs.

We used Cool Sunshine as a second opinion for a furnace that had a crack in the heat exchanger. They were good at communication before and during the first visit. We decided to replace both our furnace and air conditioner. Since it was already getting colder and we couldn't use our old furnace, Cool Sunshine made us a priority and were able to order and install the new equipment in just a few days. Great experience with the administrative staff and the staff that came to the house.

Cool Sunshine Heating and Air Conditioning was very professional, honest and easy to work with. They installed two AC units in our house. They were very careful and covered the floors in the areas they were working. They also did an excellent job working around some tight landscaping without damaging anything. I will definitely use them for any future service.

I wouldn't use this company again. Nine weeks ago I had one of their techs come to my home and tell me I needed a part. He told me they would contact me once the part was in. I called weeks later and was told they weren't sure what the status was. After that they didn't return my calls. I left messages. My messages went unreturned. I called three weeks ago to let them know my upstairs A/C was out as well. No calls back. I was assured on July 1st someone from their office would definitely call me on July 5th. That did not happen. I have been without air conditioning and heat for nine weeks. When I called yesterday I was told the part was obsolete and I would need a new furnace but no efforts were made to help me with that either. I found the part online and called back. I was told they would call me back. No call back. I have called a different company. And that company was able to get the obsolete parts directly from Carrier and actually diagnose my upstairs A/C unit correctly which has been a problem for 3 years now.

We strongly recommend Cool Sunshine for any HVAC project. During a recent furnace replacement, Cool Sunshine traveled out of their normal service area up to our home in Summit County and provided us with a great upgrade at a more-than fair price (actually far below bids we received from local contractors). Their technicians were courteous, efficient, neat, and professional, and their on-site fabrication and installation was top-notch.

This company is awesome. I truly believe they have the most professional team hands down. They are perfectionists, professional, clean, innovative, friendly and conscientious people. These guys are top notch! We've been using them to design and install all our HVAC systems on 10-15 homes per year. They're on time, responsive, and have amazing work ethic. I highly recommend these guys if you want the jobs done right the first time.

I cannot say enough good things about Cool Sunshine. My husband and I have a house in the mountains. We needed to get our furnace replaced and could only find one local company with the availability and willingness to replace it. They quoted us a ridiculous amount and told us it would take 3 DAYS to install (with the associated 3 days worth of labor costs). After hearing this, my husband found Cool Sunshine on the internet. He left a message and the owner called him the next day. After hearing the story they were willing to make the drive since they were working on a job half way here already. They were on time, professional and left my garage and home cleaner than they found it. Oh and it only took 4 hours not 3 days and cost about half of what the other guys wanted. After getting some outrageous quotes from other companies on maintenance for my furnace, I got in touch with Cool Sunshine. I let them know what another company diagnosed as needing cleaned on my furnace and Sunshine gave me a general quote for the same work that was much more fair. Joy helped me get scheduled, Israel came out for the cleaning and got it done well and efficiently. He even explained why the initial quote I got for maintenance from the last company was wrong and was adding things I didn't actually need.

Great customer service, fair pricing, and I'll be in touch in the spring to have them work on my A/C. Highly recommended!
