Perry`s crew installed all duct work, air handlers and condensers at my house. They were prompt, equipped and CLEAN! They also used all the necessary PPE during these COVID times. I would HIGHLY recommend their services and will absolutely use them in the future. Thank you Cool Sunshine!!

our hot water heater went out and we called Cool sunshine and they were there within hours to replace it and even the installer made sure the copper pipe joints were smooth and perfect. I would not recommend anyone else.

I have worked with Perry and his Crews at many houses as a home owner and a general contractor. Their performance is always as expected. They take pride and get it right. Much of the success is due to Perry’s years of experience but his crews are also top notch, polite and prompt.

We have used cool sunshine hearing numerous and they never disappoint!! Of all the times for our AC to go out, of course it happens in the middle of a week of 90 degree plus weather. We called about ours and my mother in laws unit and both were fixed and in fantastic working order the next day!! Everything was explained and there were no surprises. We will never call anyone else.

My parents furnace was putting out cold air and I was unable to make any adjustment on the thermostat. I called Cool Sunshine Heating and Joy answered, I explained my problem. I told her we needed the simplest thermostat she had with an instruction book. She asked that I send her a picture of the old thermostat. I also told her the furnace was in a crawl space. She said she could probably have someone out that afternoon. She called back within 3 hours and said Jesus was on his way. He first checked the thermostat and then went to the crawl space. He had to clear some cob webs, he found a sensor that was bad, which he showed me. He went to his truck where he had the replacement part on hand. After finishing in the crawl space he came inside. Each time he came inside he covered his shoes with paper shoe protectors. He installed the new thermostat set it and showed me how to make changes. The job was complete within an hour or so. Both Joy and Jesus were extremely professional and just downright nice. I highly recommend them.

The guys showed up right on time with masks on. Very nice and polite gentlemen. They did a very professional job and left the place very clean. I would highly recommend Cool Sunshine. Perry, Joy and Nicole are awesome as well.

Professional and courteous. Hard working. New A/C unit install at a house built in 1950 so there were challenges. They handled everything perfectly and now the temperature is comfortable again!

Contractor was in and out. I was worried I was going to need a whole new furnace though he replaced the starter and it’s working great! They were able to squeeze me in same day which was highly appreciated on a cold November day.
