Cool sunshine was excellent, the entire experience was seamless, from planning and installation of replacing three heating and air conditioning units. Rebates were great on Trane products, intergrates with your iphone and easy to personalize your environment. You will not be disappointed with the total experience. We needed a new a/c unit after our last one went out during the horrible heat. We received excellent customer service and they were super helpful in getting us a new unit really fast to save us from the heat. Not quite sure why people are complaining about not being able to get ahold of anyone-we have never had an issue. I would recommend Cool Sunshine to anyone looking for heating or a/c work!

With yet another blazing hot Denver summer, I decided to look into whole-house AC. I interviewed and quoted five Trane and Lennox outfits. I chose to go with family-run, Cool Sunshine HVAC. Owner-operator and lead sales person, Joy made a thorough, informative pitch and presented the most thorough and best-value quote of the bunch. They got me on the schedule right away and the install was completed in little more than 1/2 a day, including a 40' electrical conduit run neatly tucked under a brick overhang. Job site was left as clean as they found it. Only draw back is that long company name! Otherwise, forget it and call Joy -- she's a joy!

I called many places to have my A/C and furnace replaced when I called cool sunshine they sent their tech immediately and Israel (tech) was very quick,clean, and made sure we Understood and agreed what needed to be done. I definitely recommend this company and technicians. Very excellent service

He knew what he was doing; fixed the problem; explained it to me; cleaned up as though he had not even been there; he was friendly, professional, personable, efficient, and honest. And he save me $1,675.00 from the cost I was expecting! Now, THAT'S what I call a GOOD DEAL!!
