Stranded in 9* weather and our Espar heater dead in Winterpark… one of the service techs, that for the life of me I cannot recall his name, sadly, helped us over phone & email to troubleshoot the problem. And I was able to do the repair remotely instead of coming in. A selfless kind act that was and is much appreciated. Our heater that’s had multiple issue over the last few years has been fully fixed!

incompetent, great desire not to return, self-confident, useless service, if it were my will, I would fire everyone there, they allow you to raise your voice at the client, the client is only a wallet for them, very bad very !!!!! My dream now is to close them!

Expensive and useless!
The reefer was keep turning off. We left it from Thursday till Monday afternoon there. Paid $900 and now, after 1000mi still having the same problem. Definitely we will not see the money back 👎

Unwilling to try to help troubleshoot in the same state. There was a guy in canada that was much more helpful and willing to try. I will not be doing any more business with these guys. They will sell a product and dont want to help make it work.

These guys diagnosed an issue with our 1st gen. Espar airtronic that two other shops couldn’t find. On top of that they were incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommended!

Don’t let them to work until they don’t give you an estimation on paper work, they try to learn on APU , they charged me step by step changing parts came up to $2300still not working at the end they are tilling me my APU is too old it not going to work, and willing to change APUs board for another $2000 , finally got out of there by paying $2300 without my APU work at least 1 hours. Fist service they changed alternator, condenser, it run for about 10 minutes, that’s it. Second service they told me to change water pump I did it, it still not working, looks like their mechanics try to train themselves, I don’t recommend this place for anyone who has APU problem.

Avoid this place i should read the reviews before going this place. The labor per hour rate is outrageous. They trying to ripp you off. I should ask how much they charge oer hour and read the reviews before going there.

Call Thermo king today see if I can get my semi in to get the APU looked at they took it and got it in right away got it fixed within a couple hours or so was really impressed with the fast service and the good work that they’ve done also was great customer service couldn’t ask for anything more. I really appreciate Terry the service manager there he did a great job getting the truck checked and get it done fast thanks Terry

Great place, amazing people, top notch customer service, took my brand new unit that’s as leaking coolant, they got me in right away and took care of the issue
