Excellent service! My apu stopped working they got me right in a bay and fixed it within 2 hours!! Best service I’ve had at shy thermoking or shop for that matter!! Keep up the good work!!

Good people. Prices are high. Not good for business. 1390$ to replace an apu compressor including the service belt, an air dryer filter, and freon recharge. 600$ worth of parts and another 600$ worth of labor plus tax.
I had a problem after I left the shop. The alternator was not allined properly and kept breaking the belt. After purchasing two more belts for 50$ I finally came to the conclusion that the top alternator bracket screw was unnecessarily over tighten causing the misalignment. Please refer to the pictures. I also put thread locker to maintain the bolt flushed with the nut and the surface.

I had to take on the job myself, but that doesn't take on the good service they provide. Friendly staff. The prices are my only and strongest observation. Why that high? Need to reconsider those costs.

APU - never seen a place like this, stopped in for APU repair on Thursday (04/06/23), spent 6 service hours to change Belt, filters and diagnose start and stop problem showing red triangle with ALT code , and the problem continues as if nothing has been done. Left all the screws on the outside of the APU case loose and missing. Charged $900.00 for nothing.

Called with an alternator code on my tripac around lunchtime, they told me to bring it on in. Got there around 3:30, they put me in immediately, diagnosed and replaced the alternator, showed me engine mounts that were clearly worn out, had them replaced also and was rolling by 5:00pm.
Problem solved. Thanks guys for all your help during times where no one seems to believe in customer service, you guys excelled at it and proved there is still good honest people in the world.

Apparently we see things differently. I spent $1,786.83 at this shop on 8/7 on to have an APU FIXED- not just parts replaced. The photo below was taken the NEXT DAY! After never even having left town! Not hauled a single load! This has been a recurring theme with this shop. I have spent a fortune here. So-called repairs have never held up long- many times breaking down literally in a day or two! I feel that, for the money spent- I deserve to be able to depend on this APU. Anything less is a ripoff, and this shop has been ripping me off all summer.

Great service went there for APU alternator issue, Daniel was very polite and did the work and was done after only a couple of hours. I checked in at 07:50 am.

I'd say they are slower and pricey than expected for the job done.
I had a sunction pressure sensor replacement and an ETV circuit that took a whole day and cost me $1500. My assessment of time and cost is based on other similar jobs I have had done previously in other places.

I'm very satisfied, I came to Dallas shop and chance and roff are very great technicians and very friendly and knowledgeable, I appreciate their hard work

We went to this Thermo King Branch to Get Freon in reefer system. First he refused to fill freon .. then later without doing anything the guys charged USD 547.
What king of service this Thermo king is providing .. is this Thermo King or Fraud King.
Whats going on with these kind of Branches don’t know but they are definitely making a lot of money by frauding people where they dont even do work on some jobs .. just simply charge people for there no work..
this is totally unacceptable for Big companies like Thermo King ..
