Grainger Industrial Supply

I’m a Field Engineer and work on pathology equipment in hospitals and labs. One of the electrical connections on a unit broke while servicing. I went to several hardware stores and had no luck. I decided to try Grainger and Pete was able to help me out right away. Thank you for the help the doctors at this particular site will be very happy knowing their equipment was able to be repaired thanks to this electrical connection.

Have the part in stock at Dallas location and fair pricing. A bit far of a drive from their Plano location which was closer to me but we made it work.

I deal with Branch #192 a lot and they are very helpful and speedy with service getting me taken care of quickly.

Worst store I ever been to! From the from reps to the warehouse people! Everyone is always in a rush, mad about something or unable to help. Rude attitudes and if you don’t like it, go somewhere else they say, or here is the corporate number, call and complain.
