    Service was great. Employees were really nice. But be prepared to spend tons on labor and its not even justified. 3 1/2 hours, at the most, worth of work for $1000.00 on just labor. This just seems like price gouging.

    I will seriously not recommend this location and never again plan on giving them my business. They aren't worth the waste of time. My experience was horrible from beginning to finish. Lacey up front don't listen likewise the other fat chick I think Amber. You tell them what I need done and they do what they want to do and have the nerve to attempt to give me a therapist like type evaluation. Trying to tell me which kind of person I am. Very rude unprofessional. If you come here. You do at your risk as per my experience. Twice. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Their whole organization is rotten from the top down. I don't believe these front office girls are just that bad. It has to be a company culture. I will inform my team at transco and also do my best to not give them any business at all

    I talk to customer service for oil change and for my reefer led light bar not working. They told me to pull in.
    Then I ask the cost of led light bar ,he told me $300 plus tax, I said no just oil change.
    After 2 hours they changed me $450 .that's oil change only for reefer trail.Not only that he drop the oil in my engine, and it flows on my truck & trail for long time
    They charge you double.
    They are robbery
    I advise you guys not to go there

    Trailer is leaking freon . In 2 months I have paid for 13 pound's of freon at thermo King of North Little Rock both times under load, we could not check inside due to seal on trailer. Get unloaded in Dallas and took trailer in to find freon leak. 10 days later they tell me the freon is full ( which I just had filled a week before I put it in the shop) and that it was cooling fine. Unbelievable, not sure they even checked for the leak, just tested it and said it's full.

    Office people ignored me at service counter for 10 minutes. Then a lady came in sat down got her stuff all settled and then turned to me "can I help you". Dah you can help. Also people should eat breakfast at home or in private, not in their glass front office while a customer is waiting to check in for service. Mechanics were great. Changed a part- fixed a loose fitting. In and out. Even let me stay in truck during repair.

    They Focus on road service/ calls because they make thousands of dollars on that. to get a simple service done takes 1-2 weeks. I have not seen a more unorganized Thermoking. I prefer Carrier, just cause they are faster and more helpful.

    Justin was the technician who helps me with my truck. He is very professional and he had very good experienced on his profession. He was working on another truck and I was waiting for a technician , and when he get noticed that nobody came to help me, he came and offer his self to help if I wait for him finished his job on the other truck. When he had done, he worked on my truck and fixed the problem. Thank you very much Justin

    Verry bad service and worst experience on Reefer repair , take them 1 week to fix my Reefer and charge a lot and when was done Reefer have same issue ( they said you have to wait until Monday to look at it after we spend 1 week )they just change parts and don’t know what they doing . Horrible technician and unprofessional!

    So I have had work done here before on seve4al occasions. Today will be my last. Every time I get work done here it is over priced and usually I find something later that they broke. I had maintenance done in July, and they didnt attach my side skirt properly so it was damaged. Wont take responsibility. I know for a fact it had a new belt installed however it is not in their notes so not covered under warranty which is why I came into today. I should have just bought the belt and done the repairs myself, however I am in pain due to stage 4 colon and liver cancer. I figured okay belt is an easy fix and maybe $100-$150 to fix....nope. $560 to replace a belt, one sticking belt. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! No, never going here again, ever!!!
