The Thermo King in Dallas Texas i was there yesterday on May 1st 2018 they did an excellent job on my unit I appreciate it thank you very much and definitely come back again if I'm in the area and need of service. Hirschbach truck number 26211

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Getting parts here was easy.

Waited for hours, left the place at five when they close. They billed my company, but the apu still doesn't work. I can't go back because I'm a driver and have to get up to New Jersey, plus it's Friday and they're closed weekends. I'm in my sleeper idling the truck now after sweating with the apu running for several hours hoping it would suddenly, magically blow cold air. Ripped off.

Great place with great service!! My reefer broke down in the night and Justin came out right away to fix it, great attitude and friendly guy. This place is very professional! I will be back!!

The mechanic justin was very helpful and honest with answers of all my questions.i would recommend this thermo king any day of the week.very polite and other changes he had to make he told me first wtg justin. Thanks again from myself and bay and bay

They do not own up to damages they make to your trailer. Be sure to take pictures prior to leaving your trailer/vehicle there if you decide to use them.

Just when I thought I was in the hole this location made it happen and helped me out a lot. Amber Goldberg and the mechanic team were awesome with a great attitude and great customer service made the experience at thermoking worth it... thanks to you all

Had a repair done then had to return next day for one and they were going to send me out with a code still on my refer unit they did get it straight though eventually and charged it up at no cost so they tried to make it right which I appreciate
