Omg. The best most helpful tech n the APU repair industry. I call him Capt. Loc. Just love him. The entire staff was amazing. A well kept secret. I recommend the shop to the entire trucking industry.
They did good work & were nice. They seem to have a computer problem and lose your check in data, which results in the shop not knowing why your truck is there. You have to personally walk back & forth between the shop & the office until everyone is on the same page, then keep walking back & forth until the office and the mechanic agree that you have authorized the work or they will not do the work (even if you are sitting in the driver's lounge - they will let you sit until they close & not touch your truck, never calling the number you provided at check-in to seek authorization or walking into the driver's lounge to tell you they need authorization to do the work!). Once you get past that hurdle, they are great. Just be proactive so their bad computer or bad process doesn't waste your time. I plan to be a regular customer of this location.

Usually I’m happy with everybody in Trucking industry, but I must say this place has worst customer service in DFW area. It is really unfortunate that is like that. Only person that is professional is Randy from sales and that’s it.
The APU mechanic Loc. For some reason, couldn't put my unit back together. He wanted to drill holes and add screws. To hold the unit together. I became irate!! He then went and got a jack with some boards. He jacked up the cover and reattached it properly. I don't understand what this was all about. I'm not sure about his diagnosis either. The unit was working. Even with a broken bracket.
Raouff (Frenchy) was my technician . My ice cream was not freezing and he knew within five minutes of opening up the doors what the problem was and then found other problems really fast and he fixed my trailer within the hour! Much faster than the Fort Worth one. I recommend this thermal king!
This TK has set the bar for how I expect every other shop to run in the country. Fast, good service and honest pricing. For once in the trucking industry I feel like I didn’t get shafted.
