    Can't say enough good about them from the guy on phone to the service tech that fixed my trailer there simply the best I've been a reefer guy all my life and the people at Dallas are tops thanks

    I was told minimum $510 for 2 hours for road call. The technician stretched 20 mins work to 2 hours on-purpose and took another 15 mins for preparing the bill. HE CHARGED $1100 for minor repair. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE. THEY GONNA RIP YOU OFF

    Bought a used truck with a TriPac Evolution. It had Gremlins and thanks to Alex they are gone. I had to take it to them twice and both times they had it out the next day. I was told up front that it would be late or next morning before they could check it out.
    Bottom line is I didn't know what to expect, but I was treated well and
    was pleased with the whole process. Seems that they treat everyone the same...............Like a customer.

    Had to have Tripac looked at due to it not starting. Tech got started on me right away and had me done quick. Labor was a bit high for what he did it was almost worth it cause of how quick they got me done. Everyone there was friendly and customer service oriented

    Checked in the morning of the 14th March 2019.
    Called them Friday around 1400 to see where they were, I was told they had not got to it yet. Monday it was where waiting on a reply from your company on the estimate. Oh, yea I called the day b4 I dropped it off, was told they would would be done by Monday. Monday comes, its they have to do other things. I checked it in to have mounts put on my apu. They tell me I need this that and more, i agreed go ahead and do it. Two days later they haven't done anything. So i come in and tell them to just do the mounts, I'll get the rest done later. Next day today I'm here to pick up my truck, and was told they did other thing to test it and see if it works. That they could take the test parts off, put the old ones back on. Being out of work from one shop to there for almost a month. I said just leave them on. I was then told they just had to button it up. So I go in 30 mins., later only to be told we dont have a part in stock, it will be another 30 mins., how is it yall have put these parts on and all it need is to be button up. How it takes an hour to put on two covers. There slick here, I advise if you read this dont come, there full of lies, and let get there money plots. Ijs, the bottom plate of my apu was bent a little on the right inner. They put a new one on the estimate, instead of straightening that bend. I had to check them on that.
    Ok, it's been another 30, they haven't pulled it out yet, that leads me to believe they lied about putting test parts, as the call it on. And is doing it now that I have agreed to leave them on under false pretenses. Smdh, stay away people stay away..............
    Well it's still not ready after sitting until 1100, thru two 30 min., it will be ready lies. It isn't now 1204.

    Not bad, first come first serve. Friendly place, just took longer than expected. But no problem. They got it done in a day.

    Bought my APU here. Used to be good. Not anymore. Nice people but that's is. Spent over $3500 over 2 visits. Apu still won't cool. Mechanics don't know what they are doing.
