Our first interaction with ULTIMATE was an emergency call after our AC went out. They were able to come out, obviously for a fee that was not outlandish. This unfortunately was not our first emergency issue but ULTIMATE was by far the most professional and honest. The issue was identified very quickly and no unnecessary things were peddled to us for purchase. Appreciate their professionalism and we will plan to transition our maintenance care to them.

We just bought our house and discovered the A/C was not working correctly so we reached out to Ultimate Heating and Cooling as they had previously serviced. In less rhan 24 hours, they had a technician here. Kyle was great! He explained everything well to us and got our unit pushing some serious cold air really fast! I’d definitely recommend and use them again.

We have had a great experience from start to finish with ultimate heating and cooling. Kyle came out and looked at our unexpected situation and gave us a great quote and multiple financing options and we chose the one that was best for us. Sam and Jorge were our installers for our HVAC system and they were amazing. They worked very efficiently and clean. Also took the time to explain how everything works and help us set up the new thermostat. Everyone we talked to from the office was great as well and we definitely use ultimate in the future for any needs.

On New Year's Day, we woke up to a cold house, and our furnace not working. I called a few other companies and many were closed, understandably, for the holiday. Ultimate Heating & Cooling technician did call me back with their 24/7 service, and he was able to talk me through some trouble shooting steps, and helped me get my furnace running again without a service visit and free of charge. My family was very happy to have heat again, without waiting 3-days, which was the best that other companies could offer. THANK YOU!!

This was first experience with ULTIMATE and I am very impressed. They helped us solve a leak issue without trying to sell us things we didn't need and were upfront on all aspects of the issue. They are also providing a quote on a new bathroom install. They took the time to review all the options with us an we had a clear understanding of how to move forward if and when we are ready.

Ultimate is our go-to for HVAC and now plumbing/electrical. They are responsive, professional and I know the work will be done right. Today Louis took the extra time answer all my questions and to figure out exactly where the problem was in my system and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. I really appreciate working with people who are dedicated to doing excellent work.

These guys were great. Professional, on time and I got a ‘these guys know what they are doing’ vibe. They took the time to explain what they were doing and I didn’t get any hard sells on additional work. I initially called someone else who was highly rated but found he only did full installs and when I asked he recommended these guys! Glad he did!
