I needed quick service on a weekend and the response time was immediate with a live technician on the phone. Will was such a pleasure to deal with. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he was very patient with me and we were able to solve the issue over the phone. Many companies would I soar on dispatching a technician immediately but Will was honest and flexible. He would have been on site within the hour if we needed to resort to that. This was my best experience with home services ever and I am a loyal customer for life! I highly recommend!!

We had Ultimate come out to service our system that they installed a little over a year ago in our new build.
They were prompt and nice folks to work with, and covered the expense even though technically we were out of warranty. Really good company to work with and in fact I referred a friend and they installed a couple units for him, and I got a referral credit card for that. Highly recommend!

Josh was great! He checked everything for us and found the problem and explained why the system wasn’t working for us! Fixed the problem and made sure we noticed the difference before he left!

Our 3-year-old conventional hot water heater failed 2 days before Christmas. Will from Ultimate came out and spent 5 hours working on it (and only the basic trip charge) and in communication with the manufacturer ("State" water heaters. DO NOT EVER BUY a State water heater). The manufacturer would only honor the warranty by sending out one part at a time "to see if it works". Given it was Christmas time our only choice was to replace it. We went with a tankless hot water heater and Ultimate overnighted it from the distributer at no additional cost to us. Will installed it the day after Christmas, and he did a super professional job. The cost was surprisingly a little less than replacing the old one with another conventional hot water heater. The new one works great, and now we have more floor space in the furnace room, too! Ultimate Heating & Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our home. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Ross, Kyle , Sam, George did a great job going. Above and beyond making sure the installation was done professionally. The office staff made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed and satisfied.

The technician (Ross) was amazing. He trouble-shot and worked through solutions over 2 visits with focus on most simple (lowest cost) to what it turned out to be. The follow-up was great and we got our furnace working in time for Winter. Thanks Ultimate and Ross!!

Ultimate performed an A/C tuneup before summer starts. Will, our tech, was very professional and thorough. He did a great job and explained everything he did.

Kelly, Junior and Ricardo did a great job installing the new furnace. They're very professional and personable. The install went smoothly and was completed in a very timely manner. Justin, who sold me the furnace, stopped by to make sure everything was going well. I'll be using UHC when the a/c needs replaced. The price is fair and the Carrier furnace is nice.

Fantastic company! Replace our furnace and air conditioner within a day of our contacting them. The installers, Kelly and Ricardo are very professional and completed the replacements with a day. Extremely happy with our new Carrier furnace and air conditioner.

Kyle came out and assessed our furnace which was old and had stopped working. He got it working again and gave us a great quote on a new hvac system since we knew we were in need of a newer system for years now. He was fast and upfront with costs. Got is scheduled quick so in case our system failed again we would not go without heat. Kelly and his crew came out to install the hvac system they were on time and done great work they made sure we had everything set up and to code. They were very clean, professional and quick. They were able to get our whole system ac/ furnace installed in one day. He walked us through all they did and how to work it. We had other bids and had one bid at lower cost but we chose ultimate because of how they did their work from scheduling from Kyle to the front desk gals Brittany and Kim to the installation crew Kelly and his men. This is why we chose this company and we do not regret it. We highly recommend this company for any and all or your hvac needs. Thank you guys !
