Ultimate Heating and Cooling has been our only HVAC contractor for at least 17-18 years. Most of that time I was a licensed contractor, so we did a lot of work with Ultimate. Now they maintain the furnaces for our rental properties. Ultimate is always professional and get the job done as planned.

John came out to do an electrical inspection. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. He made some suggestions to improve the safety of my home and was not pushy trying to sell any unnecessary services. I was comfortable listening to him and confident in his professional opinion. I would recommend Ultimate to others.

One of the best HVAC companies I have ever worked with! Had a new Evaporative Cooler and Furnace installed along with some electrical work and new thermostats installed as well. Very professional team (technicians and office staff) from estimate, install to follow up. Kyle and Christian both were fantastic in answering all questions, went above and beyond their job scope and were extremely courteous. Quality of work was outstanding! Highly recommend!

These guys are top notch. I had an assessment scheduled, and when they arrived, they were very honest and frank about the condition of the building and the things they'd need (inspection records, etc) to make an accurate assessment. Despite not having that, they still spent time walking through our building and giving an honest accounting of things. In the end, they didn't charge us and suggested next steps for us. Ultimate Heating & Cooling provided professional service and parts for a whole house humidification system in a timely manner. The installers, Kyle & Kyle, were as good as it gets.

My furnace went out, and I reached out to several companies to get quotes for replacement. It was amazing how much of a variance in pricing for similar furnacesI found. Ultimate came out right away and gave me by far the most competitive bid. Their installation team was friendly and laid down carpet protector, which was great because it was a snowy day when they were doing the installation. I also love their text updates letting me know when someone is on the way with an interactive map, so I can see exactly when they will arrive at my house. Overall it was an excellent experience! I highly recommend.
