We had a breakdown in our townhouse from our own lack of service. Ultimate H&C came to the rescue, getting a tech out quickly to diagnose, and subsequently repair the Unit. A/C is back up and running, stronger than before the breakdown.

Tech was a bit later than our appointment time, but made up for it 10-fold with a clear explanation of the problem, parts to replace, and worked quickly and effectively. Plus everyone is short staffed, so no complaints on running a bit late.

Their app also showed me where the tech was en route, so I could keep my day going without serious interruption or surprise timing.

Kyle has been extremely helpful and I trust him. He is usually the person that comes to my house which gives me some peace of mind. I appreciate his knowledge, honesty, communication, and attention to details. The scheduling staff are kind and helpful as well. We had our basement duct finishes done by Ultimate several years ago, as well as our HVAC system replaced a few years, and now we are having a tank water heater replaced with a tankless. It’s nice to have the knowledge that all the work is done with one company and I don’t have to keep track of which job was done by whom. Needless to say, I was happy to see they now offer tankless water heaters.
Update: I had Derek and Jeremy out for electric and plumbing inspection/check as part of the membership I bought. They were both great. Derek walked me through everything he was checking and looking for. I learned a lot about my house and the electrical.

Do not use this company you will waste your time and money. Paid for them to come out and maintenance my unit. They only did half of the job. Never looked at my inside unit. When I had them come back out to finish the job they wanted to charge me more money to maintenance the inside unit. The first day they came out they should’ve recommended that as well but did not. So now the second day he has found more items to charge me for. The pictures are after he said he cleaned my AC. And charged me $160 to do so. The only thing that I can see he did for $160 is use my hose to spray down the outside unit. And change my filter.

We have been impressed with Ultimate Heating and Cooling over the past year. They did a great job installing our new system last spring and now they just came by to inspect it to make sure it is working correctly.

We had a great experience with Ultimate installing our new Furnace, A/C, and new ducting for our basement finish. From the initial call all the way to installation they were great to work with. Kyle and Justin were really helpful in walking us through all options and the scope of the job. Kelly, Sam, Jorge, and Jose then came out and did a very clean proffesional install. We are really enjoying staying comfortable with our new furnace and are looking forward to staying cool this summer.

UHC installed a new furnace next day, keeping our house from freezing in -7 degree temps. Kelly Delatorre, lead installer, was very professional and gave clear explanations.

My family had a wonderful experience with Ultimate Heating and Cooling! Kelly D, Zar, Mason, and their colleagues were professional, kind, and did a wonderful job. My sister and I both live with total blindness and Kelly did an incredible job of describing how the new AC unit worked and what was going on, even letting us know when a power chord would be in our path. My only regret here is that I could only leave five stars instead of ten!

I had four different companies out to my home for an estimate and Ultimate Heating & Cooling was the best. They are participating in the new Denver Climate Action Rebate program which saved me multiple thousands of dollars. Kyle was great at getting everything set up equipment-wise and priced out. Kelly and Ricardo did the installation and were finished in only a few hours.

We appreciated the courteous and prompt response to our problem with our furnace…we will definitely use their services when the need arises…they brightened our day!😊
