Used them first for coordination and setup of new humidifier install which was great. Used them again 5 months later with an HVAC issue and Will, the tech who came out, was great. He fixed the issue and showed me what was going on.

I needed an A/C unit installed to cool the downstairs of my home, which I re-purposed as a short-term rental 'guest suite'. When I called in a panic after realizing the ground floor didn't have A/C, UHC had a tech (Kyle) at my house in 30 minutes to go over my options. 48 hours later, and just in time for a sweltering couple days, Sam and George were out at the house, installing the A/C. UHC customer service is top notch, and saved me a big headache with short-term rental guests. Thanks for the rush job UHC!

Ultimate Heating & Cooling installed a new AC and furnace for me last year - no issues whatsoever. They just completed servicing the unit and did a wonderful job as always. Kyle was on time, professional and friendly. So happy to have signed up for their annual service program and highly recommend it. They provide a detailed report with pictures. Joshua Kiess was the technician sent to do the work. He fixed the problem and did a final check to make sure everything else was in order. He found a second issue.The part was under warranty.He picked up a replacement and quickly replaced it. Once again I'm very pleased with Ultimate.

Ross was very helpful with our annual maintenance and thorough in his work. He was professional and on time and completed the work with minimal disruption. We're very happy with Ross and Ultimate who did the original design and implementation of all the mechanical in our home.
