I had a great experience with Ultimate heating and cooling. Ross was very thorough and courteous in his explanation of the process and my options. William did a fantastic job installing my new hot water heater and making it up to code. Sam and George did excellent work with their installation of my AC and new thermostat and explaining it's operation to me. Thanks again guys, for a job well done. : )

UHC is my go-to for any issues with my HVAC system and I've always had positive experiences. Today they squeezed me in on a cold busy day when my furnace decided to take a break. Kyle was professional, efficient and EARLY. Most importantly, I have heat.

I'm very glad I decided to go with this company for the installation of a heat pump and energy efficient furnace. The initial consultation was very straightforward as to price and explaining what they could realistically accomplish. It did end up being cheaper than a quote I got from another company who had a different type of system. They were able to setup the installation appointment much quicker than I had expected. The installation team, Kelly, Sam, and Jorge were absolutely great. They were friendly, conscientious of the house, gave me a detailed explanation of everything, and finished the job a lot faster than quoted. They handled the various rebates and got them to me. Finally, the city inspector came and said they did absolutely phenomenal work.

Our technician, Kyle G., has always been amazing! He answers all questions, and his explaining of work done, or needed to be done, is great! Also our experience with the office staff has always been very positive! Would recommend using this company.

I called when I noticed my furnace was out when I returned from a trip. They had a repairman out in only a couple of hours. The diagnosis was a bad circuit board but the repairman gave it a total reboot and the problem corrected itself. A huge relief

Upgraded to electric only HVAC and Water Heater. No more combustion in this household, no natural gas smell, no carbon monoxide detectors. Install was beautifully done, I had little room to work with and they used every mm of space. No hassle with the rebates, product registration. Best part, is I got a year to make sure the system performs as promised. Don't hesitate to work with Justin, Ross and the team!

Ultimate Heating and Cooling installed a cooling system for us in June 2022 that involved two floor standing units and two wall mounted units in our house.

Kyle , and everyone else, bent over backwards to do anything they could for us. They were great to work with and helped us to understand the equipment and the installation process. They answered all our questions, were always responsive, and really good to work with.

If everything goes perfectly, you don't always get to experience what makes an organization exceptional. Ultimate installed something we hadn't asked for, and once we realized it, they took immediate action to rectify the situation. They were genuinely apologetic and fully resolved the situation, no questions asked. I was impressed.

We’ve been using Ultimate Heating and Cooling for years, and they continue to be amazing. In fact, I refer them to all my real estate clients. Recently we had a new system installed and the installation process was incredibly smooth. Our installers, Kelly, Zar and Justin, were professional, clean, knowledgeable, and fast.

We used Ultimate to replace our furnace, so when our hot water tank started leaking we went right back to them. We were able to get the new tank installed quickly and as usual the installation tech was very professional, wore booties in the house, and explained what work was being done. Would highly recommend.
