I could not be happier with the service I received from The Furnace Guy. I had an issue with the AC part of my HVAC system. I needed an expert to inspect the system, diagnose the problem, and recommend how to fix it. I got exactly that, deftly executed. The technician who did the job, Josiah, was incredibly thorough at troubleshooting the issue. He methodically inspected and tested the fans, ducting, drainage, evaporator, compressor, gas and coolant pressure, electric circuitry, liquid and air seals, temperatures, everything. He clearly explained all that he was doing, and took the time to make sure he'd drawn the best conclusion he could about the issue. The fix wound up being an inexpensive part, which he was able to replace then and there. The system is now working again as it should. I felt like the technician, and this company, cared more about solving my problem than about how much money could be made from the job. With The Furnace Guy, there were no high-pressure/fear-based sales tactics, no recommendations for unnecessary parts or labor, and no price-gouging. I wish I'd called them first.
